New to KIPP - The Journey Starts Here!

Before every school year, teachers and leaders return a few weeks early to begin professional development and connect with their teams. One of the unique ways KIPP prepares teachers for success who haven’t taught at a KIPP school before, is through the “New to KIPP” (NTK) training. Our teachers love it and say it sets the stage for success throughout the year.
