No, it is NOT. It can damage the ears of a new born. Please do not encorage such a harmful behaviour! He certainly had no clue of what he was doing, in order to get "likes" and attention and acceptance, but this is truly bad.

My baby is already 1 year. He also loves music. I never tried to put him on the guitar while playing. Now he is already to large. They grow up so fast :-). He dances when I play.

This can be seriously dangerous to the ears of a new born! It is beautiful to watch, but very bad in terms of health! Please don't do it frequently!
I think that's why there's a towel between the baby's head and the guitar. Maybe look more carefully before you start looking for problems and spouting your nonsense. :)

The towel is doing nothing for the baby's ear, it's only protecting his skin and head on the hard wood of the guitar! You should read more about it and educate yourself, before getting so angry when someone leaves a comment that could be actually saving your son's hearing. @@BillyHalloway
I've help raise a lot of kids (mom was a daycare provider). Babies that size, when they don't like something, are pretty quick to let you know. If that was causing any pain at all the baby would let you know. That baby is completely relaxed and happy.
