I loved these as a kid, completely forgot about them until today. I'm sure I've still got them in a box somewhere. Great invention, loved how they interacted with each other.
Many thanks maidenTree for this brilliant video and also everyone else that has given such great comments about my Cube World toy invention! After licensing 65 toy/games, 4 years ago I left the toy industry and I now invent/develop Assistive Technology and Assistive Care Robotics for the disabled and elderly.
Backlight is literally what most of my childhood toys needed. Just like the earlier gameboys. But hell yea if they added that stuff to this I’d buy them
Re-release but based on Arduino or esp32 so it's easier to hack. If they spend some time they could create a small platform for getting kids interested in coding.
I'm so glad that these still have a dedicated fanbase. I was too wrapped up in everything Pokémon when these were new to have collected them but i'm kicking myself now- they're so cool!
I'm sorry but this video was awful. There was no explanation of what is happening. I have never seen this world. An introduction of what each shape was and what the outcome is by stacking them up. disappointing
I always wanted these things so bad I asked every birthday and Christmas but my mom always said she could find them she had no clue what they were and I’m still sad about it 😢
@@deathwizard1996 Yea but if you're under 14 you can't really buy anything since you can't get a job and sometimes parents don't even give their kids money so there's that.
I have two small ones (technically regular-sized) and two of the Jumbo ones. The Jumbo ones are the best! They actually have way more Stick animations than the small ones and the games are a whole lot better than on those small ones.
Some of these I’ve never seen before!! Would you make a video of you going through your collection about each? Or maybe you already have a video like that? I’ve never seen so many! Lol
I used to own some of these cube world things back in the day Surprisingly it’s one of the more creative toys out there Granted I prefer legos and play doh but it’s still a nice time waster It’s fun seeing these stick figures interact with each other throughout each cube and see them react to each cube
This is fascinating. I always wanted these as a kid. I could imagine a Cube World app on our phones today. One where you could place your phones or tablets next to another to have your individual people interact.
Man, I had like three of these as a kid, and they really fascinated me. I'm glad you managed to save that memory of mine before it slipped into oblivion, th ank you.
The character cube or the green rectangle mod? Either way I'm gonna tell you about both. The cube works like all the other ones, but with some special animations. The reactor thing turns stickmen into animals/creatures, there may be a dude hidden inside, but I don't know.
Somebody needs to remake these with our future technology! (more/better animations and interactions due to better hardware/sensors with more storage and things like backlit screen due to better battery etc)
Wow! Are these all cubes? I don’t know much about them, I use to have only dodger and whip... but golly, they seem so cool. C: it really is like a lil’ city!
OH MY GOD!!! That cubes were published here in Mexico City like in 2008 or maybe 2009 on the tv... can't remember well But i got one the purple one with my first paycheck when i was like 10
These cubes are so cool I never knew about them before until RUclips randomly showed me videos like this and now my feed is full of this @-@ I mean, really cool! But RUclips tries to make me buy it ig XD
I would have loved these if they were around in my time. I could see myself making sure the originals got back to their own spots even though it doesn’t even seem to matter lmao.
ive got a load of these somewhere but i need to get batteries for them this video just reminded me of them if i can get them working ill post a video nothing like this collection but ive got prob a dozen small ones and 2 or 3 large ones
@@lilithtreasure when i get them all working with batteries in them if the shipping isn't to expensive id be more than happy to donate them to you for your channel if you would like
Great video! I am the inventor of Cube World (I licensed CW to Radica/Mattel) - it is brilliant to see so many cubes working together!
For real?
Prove it
Were there any cubes or ideas that got scrapped?

I loved your toys when I was younger, thank you for inventing them! it was such a cool idea and i loved my little town of stick figures as a kid
that’s awesome man!
That's really rad!
That sounds cool as hell!
I had a couple of these growing up! Thank you personally from little kid me who spent many hours playing with them ❤
They should remake these with backlight and better graphics.
Backlight is literally what most of my childhood toys needed. Just like the earlier gameboys. But hell yea if they added that stuff to this I’d buy them
I was just thinking about this right before I came to the comments
And a charger, putting batteries in all of them is painful and costs a lot.

this already has nice graphics
I think this guy took "collect them all" and "create your own world" very seriously, he literally created an entire community inside the bedroom
Mf just recreated Athens.
Na he made a whole damn metropolis in his room bro
Just like your mom
This is the biggest flex of the century
I feel like I've seen these before buried very very deep in my memories.
These put off an insane amount of nostalgia.
I feel the same way
Honestly what impresses me the most is to see them all still working even after all this time. Speaks volumes to the quality of these little toys.
Seeing the entire series in one place is truly a sight to behold
This is how god looks at us
This was a dream of mine as a kid, glad to see someone rocking it in this day and age
Thank you for sharing your collection. I'm looking into old tech and I find these cubes very fascinating.

Just found a pack of these Brand New and Sealed at a Thrift Store, still had the old Big Lots Tag, like the real old ones,
Can you run doom on it?
Best comment ever lol
probably yes. if you can find a way to load the doom game file on to one of these, I'm sure it would be capable to run it
You can run DOOM on a calculator so maybe?
Yep
You can run anything on anything...
If you fuck it up!
My friend had two of these! (They got lost) I never knew the name until now. I miss them. They were such a fun time waster.
I always wanted these things so bad I asked every birthday and Christmas but my mom always said she could find them she had no clue what they were and I’m still sad about it 😢
I also wanted them but now i think they are Junk, at least for a Kid, cause they are freaking boring ... deco yes, Toy no
It is best to buy them yourself instead of family buying.
I got them but today I will buy more if want it’s called cube world sticks I hope this helps :)
But you said she could find them

My neighbor had a few of these laying around back when he and I were kids, way back in the 2000s.
We were mystified by them, to say the least.
ahhh this is so amazing, the sounds are so nostalgic!!
Childhood memories! I used to remember playing with those!
What a collection! I have 4 myself, but I've never been able to find more. These things were so cool to me as a kid
Ooooh these bring back so much memories of my childhood! I wonder if I still have them somewhere! Thanks for reminding me of my childhood!
What a sick collection you have there! I hope to have something like this someday!

I remember seeing these "Radica Games" vaguely at stores when I was a kid but I didn't know they were still around in the 00's as a company lol.
I always wanted these as a kid, love to see them still around
these are just so fascinating to watch

I miss my collection boy is this a hell of a throwback
Oh dude it's amazing that you keep this things with you
I can't be the only one who wants these to make a comeback.
Just imagine if they do come back, someone ends up making a LITERAL city full of them
Man I remember these on tv but never own them but the ad was entertaining enough. 😊
What does the SciFi cube do? 🧐

This is interesting in many ways... if I could even find these it'd make for some nice and amusing entertainment

If you had one of these as a kid in the 2000s you had a good childhood
Man I really want a whole set of these to shadowbox them into a wall or something.

Love seeing so much going on. I got two of the big ones and none of the mixes(?)
I home if they make this again maybe they could be in color
hell yea bro this is so sick 😭 makes me so happy

We need a remake of these where you can Wreck it Ralph these guys all into one or two by disconnecting their home blocks after they leave
