I think that it would be great for the diffusion of the italian culture, and for me personally, it would help with my studies of the italian language (with content that I love to watch and learn about - food! haha). Don't worry bro, this dish is shit!!! What they call "colla di pesce" is gelatine and is made from pork. Now, if in 2019 an Italian chef is not able to condense a pudding without gelatine is because his experience is stopped (at least) 40 years ago so...if you want to learn something new, RUclips is full of nice and modern chef.. even able to speak English 👍👍👍
