I have not done a lot with my life, always kinda struggled and failed at a lot. But, the biggest accomplishment or compliment I ever received is when my oldest son said I reminded him of the guy in the Pursuit of Happyness. I cried like a baby, and truly was proud to know he saw me that way, if that compliment is all I ever achieve then I am content. I am truly grateful for my sons.

Funny thing talking about full circle: Pursuit of happyness is a movie that always absolutely broke me down. As a kid in a single parent household, everything in that movie registered with me. At best, we were always struggling, at worst, we slept in bathrooms (at bus stations)and shit like that. The minute I got old enough to work, I've busted my ass and never looked back. Finding Casey's vlog and seeing him GRIND for everything, made me realize you can ALWAYS work harder. That grind got me out of the situation I was in. It's taken me 3 days to clean and then cut and sew curtains for my tiny kitchen. People giving you crap about your project are obviously people who have never actually made anything from scratch or been through any sort of renovation. Or started a business...especially something as all encompassing as what you propose. Will is such a visionary! He's really the only traditional movie/tv star I can think of that has recognized the trend away from tv and towards youtube/social media, and who has really capitalized on it!
He's only doing it because he became box office poison and is now trying to relate to a younger audience that didn't grow up in his prime. It's definitely not a good thing for small creators if this starts a trend of absurdly famous stars starting youtube channels.
I'm not saying whether its a good thing or not, but I commend him for adapting. Any smart movie star should start taking youtube seriously. If work is slow i.e. not getting roles, they can always grow with their audience here, and on their own terms

Will is such a visionary! He's really the only traditional movie/tv star I can think of that has recognized the trend away from tv and towards youtube/social media, and who has really capitalized on it!
He's only doing it because he became box office poison and is now trying to relate to a younger audience that didn't grow up in his prime. It's definitely not a good thing for small creators if this starts a trend of absurdly famous stars starting youtube channels.
I'm not saying whether its a good thing or not, but I commend him for adapting. Any smart movie star should start taking youtube seriously. If work is slow i.e. not getting roles, they can always grow with their audience here, and on their own terms

Are you stuck with union labor because it’s NYC? It feels like you could bring in a small army of RUclips builders/ tradesman/ fixers/ DIYers/ etc and not only would they have it done in a week, but it would meet the core ethos of 368.
