Join me as I solve Unlock! Short Adventures: Schrödinger's Cat, one of three new titles in the Unlock Short series, which is itself part of the larger Unlock series of games. In this video I open the deck of cards and solve the game from start to finish, so there are spoilers throughout. I bought this from Zatu, so any opinions expressed are all my own. 😁 And for regular viewers wondering where Laura is, she's on holiday this week but will be back in the next video!
This video is part of a series in which each week we solve a different escape room box - not just other Unlock games but also Exit the Game boxes, Escape Room The Game and many others - so please do subscribe to the channel if you would like to join in this fun adventure!
Do also comment below - I'd love to know what you think of the video, and whether you solved the puzzles faster than I did! If you've tried the game itself, what did you think of it? And if you enjoy this kind of thing, do check out these other playlists of my/our various escape-room puzzle solves:

Ohhhh! Laura is missing in this one. It's lovely to watch solved videos you both do together. It helps a lot with learning about puzzles, riddles and clues.
Fret not - I will return!! Thanks for tuning in :)
Not the best unlock short I've seen you do but still enjoyed your video
I quite enjoyed this one because it wasn't too complex. I think that if you tried to do it as your first-ever one it would be extremely confusing, because the instructions need to be thrown out almost entirely to solve it! Almost none of the cards strictly followed the rules.
Cant wait for more content 🙂
Me neither! A book deadline has delayed the video we were going to post this weekend, but it's coming soon! :)
Notified, click! Thank you for the new video ❤ I didn't know that there is a Schrodinger's Cat unlock short 🤔
Edit: I realized it was only available in french language before after you tell us. Now I'm gonna find the other cards and buy it 😉
There are now nine in the series - the six they released several months ago and then these three new ones. I ordered mine from zatu.com in the UK.
Not available in the US until next month. Going to have save this video and come back and watch it after I had a chance to play it myself
Oh fair enough! I didn’t know that. I had never even heard of it until a few weeks ago when I spotted it for sale online. :)
Omgosh, the new shorts are out?!
Yes! I didn’t know they were coming until I spotted them on sale. Mind you I asked the publisher earlier this year at a trade show if they had any new Unlock games coming out this year and they said no. :) Helpful!
That early quantum puzzle was NOT my fav. Huge penalty and no real clue was provided for how to solve it.
If you mean the one with the cat and the phone pad then I completely agree - it took away half your time without even letting you work out what it was asking you to do. It's really very strange design.
@drgareth Yes, that's the one. I felt most of the puzzles were logical and fun, but early penalties that eat up 5 minutes of time (from a 30 minute timer) frustrate me regardless of how fun the rest of the game is.
I appreciated seeing you as baffled by that odd puzzle as I was, BTW!
