Kentucky Derby Party!! Benedictine Tea Sandwiches!

Hey friends! Want to do something fun at home?! Why not watch the Kentucky Derby and have a little party. These Benedictine sandwiches would be a great addition!
Benedictine Tea Sandwiches
Dip:
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cucumber
2 sliced green onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Add all ingredients and mix until cream cheese is smooth. Spread on your favorite bread and top with veggies.
Be creative, make them your own! Circles, triangles, open face, or double deckers. Anything that makes you happy!
I cut mine in circles and served open faced with cucumber, radish, green onion, tomato, and dill.
You can also serve this as a dip for veggies or crackers.
