  • Looking for natural ways to balance estrogen levels in women? If you are dealing with the annoying symptoms of elevated estrogen, uterine fibroids, cysts in your breast and assorted PMS symptoms, today's video will benefit your hormone levels. In this informative video, we discuss effective herbs and natural therapies that can help reduce estrogen in women. High estrogen levels can lead to various health issues, but with the right approach, you can achieve hormonal balance naturally.
    Estrogen is a hormone that plays a vital role in a woman's reproductive health, but when levels become too high, it can lead to various health problems such as breast cancer, endometriosis, and uterine fibroids. While there are medications available to reduce estrogen levels, some women prefer to use herbs and natural therapies as a first-line treatment. Here are some effective ways to reduce estrogen in women through herbs and natural therapies:
    1. DIM Supplement to Reduce High Estrogen levels.
    Cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, kale, and Brussels sprouts are known to be rich in compounds called indoles, which help to regulate estrogen levels. These vegetables contain a substance called diindolylmethane (DIM), which helps to reduce estrogen levels by promoting the excretion of estrogen from the body.
    Order DIM here (get 20% off 1st order) bit.ly/3QOaDTV
    2 Flaxseeds Reduce Estrogen Levels Naturally
    Flaxseeds contain lignans, which are compounds that have a weak estrogenic effect. However, they also have anti-estrogenic properties and can help to reduce estrogen levels. Consuming 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed daily can help to lower estrogen levels in women.
    3. Chasteberry (Vitex) Balances Estrogen Levels
    Chasteberry, also known as Vitex agnus-castus, is an herb that has been used for centuries to treat hormonal imbalances. Chasteberry works by regulating the pituitary gland, which controls the production of estrogen and other hormones. It can help to reduce estrogen levels and alleviate symptoms such as breast tenderness and mood swings.
    Order Chastetree here ( 20% off 1st order) bit.ly/3Myu5W3
    4. Red clover balances side effects and symptoms of elevated estrogen levels.
    Red clover is a herb that contains compounds called isoflavones, which are similar in structure to estrogen. However, they have a weaker effect on the body than natural estrogen. Red clover can help to reduce estrogen levels and alleviate symptoms such as hot flashes and mood swings.
    Order Red Clover here ( 20% off 1st order) bit.ly/3OaynUK
    5. Exercise Burns Estrogen Stored in Fat
    Regular exercise can help to reduce estrogen levels in women. Exercise helps to decrease body fat, which in turn reduces the production of estrogen. Studies have shown that women who engage in regular physical activity have lower levels of estrogen compared to sedentary women.
    6. Stress Management Reduces Estrogen Dominance
    Chronic stress can lead to elevated levels of cortisol, which can increase estrogen levels. Therefore, stress reduction techniques such as meditation, yoga, and deep breathing can help to lower estrogen levels in women.
    Achieving hormonal balance is crucial for a woman's well-being, and these natural therapies offer safe and effective alternatives to medications. Consult with a healthcare professional before incorporating any new treatment approach, and empower yourself with knowledge on reducing estrogen levels naturally.

    I just want to share incase someone sees this and it helps.
    Cold plunging has changed my life. It has brought my cortisol down like nothing else I’ve ever done. There are lots of great ways to bring down cortisol but wow, this is incredible and I see the benefits instantly. First major thing noticed was my skin clearing up.
    You can research online how to make an at home cold plunge (without spending a ton of money). My husband made it for us using an extra larger deep freezer, with a temparure regulator, and uv filters. It’s amazing. I do 4 minutes daily at 45 degrees. Hope this helps someone.
    Thank you for your amazing videos about estrogen dominance!🙏🏼

    I am loosing hair fast due to apparently a side effect of the mini pill. My doctor took me off it, and said that it should stop falling out in a few months. My hair was always thin and shedding to begin with, so waiting few months for this to hopefully stop feels frustrating. Im also worried it won't stop. Are you able to address best hair shampoo/treatments for thin hair that sheds; and also anything to do to make hair stop shedding and falling out. Thanks.

      Hey there, Crazy Croat! I understand your frustration with the hair loss caused by the side effect of the mini pill. It's good that your doctor has taken you off it and mentioned that the shedding should stop in a few months. In the meantime, there are some things you can do to support your hair health. Look for shampoos and treatments specifically designed for thin hair that is prone to shedding. These products often contain ingredients that can strengthen your hair and promote a healthier scalp. Additionally, maintaining a balanced diet, managing stress levels, and avoiding excessive heat or chemical treatments can help reduce hair loss. It's important to be patient and give your hair some time to recover. If you're still concerned, you can consult with me for personalized advice. Take care!

    As a female in puberty does higher level of estrogen stunt growth?

    • @NaturalHealthResources
      @NaturalHealthResources  3 месяца назад

      Hey @Elliexx115, it's common to have questions about hormones and growth during puberty! While estrogen plays a role in puberty, it typically doesn't directly stunt growth in females. However, factors like genetics, nutrition, and overall health can influence growth during this time.

    Does high cortisol create estrogen dominance?

    • @NaturalHealthResources
      @NaturalHealthResources  Год назад +1

      High cortisol levels can contribute to estrogen dominance by interfering with the balance between estrogen and progesterone. Cortisol is a stress hormone produced by the adrenal glands, and chronic stress can lead to elevated cortisol levels.

      I'm so sorry to hear about your tongue swelling and hair fall issues. It sounds really uncomfortable. Estrogen can sometimes cause reactions like this. It’s important to talk to your doctor about these side effects. In the meantime, staying hydrated and avoiding irritating foods might help a bit with the swelling. For hair fall, make sure you're getting enough nutrients like iron and zinc in your diet. Hang in there!

    Because of high estrogen my lower body is heavy.. What to do...

    • @NaturalHealthResources
      @NaturalHealthResources  Месяц назад

      I understand how frustrating that can be. High estrogen can sometimes lead to weight gain in the lower body. Consider incorporating more fiber and protein into your diet and reducing processed foods. Regular exercise, especially strength training and cardio, can also help balance hormones. Take care!

    Doesn’t red clover act as an estrogen ?

    • @NaturalHealthResources
      @NaturalHealthResources  3 месяца назад

      Yes, you're correct! Red clover contains compounds called isoflavones, which are similar to estrogen and may have estrogenic effects in the body. Some people use red clover specifically for its potential to help manage menopausal symptoms, which can be attributed to its estrogen-like properties. However, it's essential to use caution before incorporating red clover or any other herbal supplement into your routine, especially if you have a history of hormone-related conditions or are taking medications.

      @@NaturalHealthResources I have fibroids ; so I thought it was strange everyone says use red clover for fibroids because it helps lower estrogen , and it helps shrink fibroids; well that’s pretty confusing being red clover avg as estrogen so how can it lower estrogen 🤔

    • @Bigz2x
      @Bigz2x 3 месяца назад +1

      @@NaturalHealthResources please reply back I been doing research everywhere to understand this; unfortunately I asked 7 different doctors none of them knew too much about red clover and it’s healing benefits, or anything about estrogen being connected with red clover.
