So many people slagging these blokes off. You need to look at industrial fishing using factory ships. This catch is shared out among a community of at least 35 blokes, it's probably what they've been doing for hundreds of years and it's their jobs and it's probably sustainable. Meanwhile you lot and me we're just buying consumer goods, polluting the world with plastic bags, driving around in cars polluting the atmosphere etc. I can't imagine what you do in your daily lives is any better than these blokes wasting a few hundred fish. We don't even get to see the end of the video - for all we know they scoop up the remaining small fish and make a nice soup out of it or have them on toast or fried like whitebait.

Very true. I understand that in Western countries there are laws stipulating that fish, crabs etc beneath a certain size should not be caught and those caught should be returned to the sea. This is to ensure the survival of various species, The Indian government should look into the unnecessary massacre of "baby" fish population.

The fish you don't need should be thrown back in water properly.
