for anyone who doesnt know the channel heal thy self has a segment in their podcast where they go over a certain type of product/ingredient and reach out to companies to get access to their COAs. without a paywall, they disclose which companies have safe, quality ingredients that are compliant with regulations and which ones are not/who do not provide access to their COAs. they have an ep on green tea (pique life was one of the best). highly recommend you check it out.
Green tea is known to cause nausea when consumed on an empty stomach. Consuming green tea along with a food, beverage, or supplement containing ascorbic acid increases the bioavailability of EGCG.
