    ...and that's what separates LEXUS from other auto makers.
    It is the unmatched, unparalleled and unrivaled attention to detail, with the entire assembly process being done in the most meticulous way, yet accomplished through years and years of hard work, dedication and unrelenting desire to be the best, as well as the enormous, genuine pride of each and every member of LEXUS TEAM, which they take in producing utter masterpieces of vehicles, which are all topped by the pinnacle of craftsmanship and artisanship called LS model, as is impressively demonstrated in the video.
    Yet, my beloved LEXUS TEAM is anything but done producing such amazing products, as they have much more excitement in their arsenal to come in the near future.
    The bar has simply been set sky high for other auto manufacturers, as LEXUS are undoubtedly the new benchmark in the auto industry and certainly the premium luxury brand to beat.

      @Johnson Taylor except everything he said is true. If you'd asked American manufacturers in the hey day of American machines, when everyone else in the world wanted American products, how they built such tremendous cars, they likely would have told a similar story. But craftsmen and artisans replaced by robots and whataya got? Chrysler, GM, and Ford dying at 100,000 miles if you're lucky while Toyota/Lexus running 300,000 without a hitch. Automation is great for profits, but doesn't always lead to quality.

    No cars on earth have such overall quality in all areas of auto manufacturing than Lexus. A lot of ultra luxury names including Rolls Royce have visible quality but not down to its nuts & bolts. Simply amazing. Show me a Rolls that has over 500,000 kms and runs like a clock.

    after over 20 years of driving our german brands i switched to LExus and nver looked back ! BUT i smell Lexus will die as many brands before who made high quality longterm products . People get daily spilled with commercials to have and to buy always the newest gimmick . The carindustry seems going to be in the direction of the Handyindustry....every year or 2 a completely new model and no longterm quality is needed anymore. Cars should brake short after warranty, that´s the goal and saves a lot of money for the carmakers. Lexus is like an ancient race here in europe.

    I don’t understand how a company like Lexus can be so focused on perfecting car manufacturing and then turn a blind eye to such a basic problem like bumper separation on the IS500.

    Except you guys dropped the ball on my 2007 gs 350..the flaw is that that engine in my Lexus burns oil..a flaw that is in 2006-2008 is where I have to suffer with.☹😖

      I have the same car with the same issue. Car has 172k and its running strong. Only issue is the oil consumption but not big deal just add up a little mire when he asks for it. A mechanic suggested me to put Castrol oil instead of Mobil 1 or Penzoil

    • @satalac
      @satalac 3 года назад +1

      I mean you're talking about a 14 year old car. Not many vehicles out there with that age will have its only problem being some oil consumption.

    This sounds very unscientific way to make engines. Computers and statistical analysis would be much better than using hands to check for defects.
    The Lexus engine is just a simple overbuilt rotating little box. Not magic.

    • @LeeePowers
      @LeeePowers 5 лет назад +8

      Just the most reliable "rotating little box"
      My LS460 has 160k and has only seen the repair bay to replace a starter at 10yrs.
      Nothing outside Toyota comes close,and anything from Europe can only dream.

      Lee Powers my 20 year old BMW e39 is still running smoothly with its inline 6 cylinder 2.8 with over 400,000 clicks on it. Yeah I’ve made repairs to the usual support systems, but the mechanical engine is solid.

      Magic or not, the Lexus cars are built like no other. Machines can fail, the human senses take longer to catch errors but its ability to scrutinize every detail is the key
