Love the witch videos!!! Plz never stop, i'm a fan since the very beggining in 2003, I watched it on TV as a kid, I had collectable cards that were popular in Poland at the time. Witch was a real phenomenon here it was super popular among Polish girls and boys as well. I'm so happy people still love it and I love your Nerissa video!!!❤❤❤❤
This is a special that probably was not released everywhere - I only ever became aware of it when it was posted in a fan-archive. It's kind of weird (and sad) that they would not put such important backstory in the main storyline, since it shines a new light on all the Kandrakar-business in Arc 4 🤔. Imho, it makes a big difference if Himerish was the Oracle from the very start or just a not-that-shining example in a much larger history. Maybe he only became Oracle around the time Nerissa was chosen, so his decisions in that era were based more on inexperience than hubris. (It also fits better with his biography in said Arc.)
Here's something that's actually pretty shocking about the Guardians of Candrakar and Infinite Dimensions. I once thought that males couldn't be guardians, just as laws of primogeniture prevents a male from taking the throne on Meridian/Metamor. However, that's actually not the case, the comics actually confirmed Althor was a guardian in the past, and Althor is male, meaning that the powers of Candrakar aren't actually sex specific, it's just that most guardians happen to be female. But, considering that many members of the council are male, and that most members of the council were more than likely once guardians, with some exceptions, it could be possible an all male team of guardians could've existed some time in the past. The comics don't state it outright, but it is possible for one to exist.
Sorry, but when has it been stated that Althor has been a guardian? I only found this in the W.I.T.C.H.-wiki (where it's uncited) and it's apparently based on his appearance in the TV-Series (which differs heavily from Canon and wasn't even out at this time)
Right! It also suits her well as an element, everyone else's swap just didn't sit right. I would have had Taranee try earth, hay lin try water, and Cornelia air. But even then Cornelia could be fire too, and Irma air in a different scenario. -ShySky
You know I always felt like the tests just forced them to like the element they initially had. Cornelia with water and Taranee with air are surely going to be missing their old powers against ice enemies...
So apparently this trial has never been done before yet the Oracle knew the guardians needed these specific tests? No group of guardians in thousands of years ever questioned why they were chosen or resented the element they were given? The oracle is a pathological liar lmao
I nvr seen this story be for thanks for sharing it

I had to look up who Althor was for a sec, is he show specific?

I still have this special comic at home it'd one of my favourites I re-read too many time as a child to count😂
I love the lore of the amount of guardians changing in history!
This issue wasn't available in my country, it was very interesting! I kinda like the idea of Irma controlling fire tho

I love this video💞

True, the oracle said their elements weren't destiny like Will's but then makes them keep the ones they were given.

Cornelia willed all the element and it was a pretty awesome scene
Are you referring to in arc 2 when she was trying to save Caleb? That was epic!.

He is definitely sly.
