Where can i find this recipe please? Tq
If I recall correctly, I used 30% freshly milled semolina. So just replace some of your bread flour in your favorite bread recipe and adjust the water as it is slow to absorb compared to regular bread flour. Try 70-75% hydration, start at the lower % and pour more in as needed. Good luck and happy baking!
