I agree, I love the first part, but I keep losing focus near the last quarter. The story goes a bit long for me and I still have yet to stay in this one the entire time, despite numerous attempts. Ive never had a problem with the other chakra recordings but I find I get taken out of this by trying to follow a narrative.
Very relaxing at first. Wish you hadn't introduced the high pitched music though. Very distracting. 😟
