    Not disagreeing; and this is the perspective of many spiritual teachers. However, the scientist in me identifies this as a yet-unproven hypothesis.

      I would say knowledge is a 'measure' of the information gathered

    You can be all-knowing without having learned anything. I’m sure everyone has experienced at least one moment of being in a state of "all-knowing."
    That very state, where you have access to the infinite knowledge of the universe.
    In that moment, you are able to find abstract answers to problems, or possess an extra coolness to your persona without trying, till you lose it "again".
