I live in my head, as a well off older widow, I think all day, I don't often speak, just on wattsapp like hi, I relax all day with my puppy, we look at each other then we go to the shop then to beach... That's my calm happy life in 2024

Our lives assimilate to the norms of society that was built with very few minds if you really think about it. The masses follow the lead of very few. My assimilation was damaging to my mental health as I was afflicted with anxiety/panic disorder with depression. Why?? I am autistic/adhd and my brain had to assimilate to my surroundings with this i was unable to regulate my central nervous system so it was released as negative energy. Now unmasked and realize how important our mental health is and isolation gives us insight into our true selves and this can lead to self acceptance and that in turn gives you comfort to be yourself. Societal norms are psychologically damaging to ones self awareness and this can lead to internal battles that we can't decipher logically because our point of view is skewed with the perception of what is considered normal. Our brains our being was not designed or meant to live in huge societies. We are designed to live in clans and tribes where the pecking order comes naturally, and trades or crafts were for specific types of minds. Humans are not equals. We are about the same but all unique as well. We were born with traits that are inherent and our path is supposed to be specific to who we are and what we do. I have disabilities but that does not define who I am it just does not fit in with societal norms. The best part of this is all of my special abilities they far exceed my disabilities and also exceed the norm of society. More intelligence, I have the ability to read people and feel emotion. I can hyper focus on specific tasks till perfection, I can learn through observation alone. I'm more productive at work than the neurotypical. Accept yourself, be yourself, know yourself because you are the most important person in your life!!👻🤪🌶🤘😎♾️

I have aphantasia. No visual imagery when I’m awake, but when I sleep I get blurry images when I’m dreaming. I have an inner monologue who is constantly talking. I’m practicing to get my inner monologue to be more quiet thru meditation, but it’s very hard.

Our own thoughts are not necessarily merged for example my autistic thoughts and my adhd thoughts are separate they are only partially merged l. Each separate thoughts seeking different stimuli to maintain regulation of my central nervous system. If I'm hiking in nature my thoughts feel closest to being one only at this time do i feel this but it's a mental illusion only because the full spectrum of stimulation I am getting leave my mind content. I also have 2 thought to speech pathways, stuttering and not stuttering. So in my opinion mind never merges with matter but have a relationship of coexistence. A close friend of mine said they love being dissociated all the time and actually do not want cured if it. They prefer not being here and said for them it is no different than operating an avatar. Of course that same friend also has physical pain 24/7 365 so for them it works. I guess some folks prefer to live that way. They also said it is a similar effect to taking Benadryl, but milder than actually taking Benadryl. I guess you just do whatever works for you and not everyone wants cured.

I was bullied when I was 8 years old. Been told that I'm a sissy or weak for weeks before I broke and decided to fight back even if it means me being beaten to the floor. I fought many times until I am confident enough to beat them back. It feels good to be strong . I see other students who are weaker than me. Asking for favours and even "borrow their lunch money". Little by little, I was consumed by that "power". I became the bully myself. I fight everyone who defy me, I punch and kick back those who resisted me. Even my little sister became my victim. Not realizing that would led to my own downfall. The wake up call for me to realize that I have become someone else is when I realized my crush saw me kicking my little sister. She doesn't look at me how she used to anymore. She was scared of me. Later, I was kicked out of my own class to a class full of problematic students. That was when I realize the consequences that I have to face. I have to work hard again to regain my place in my former class. When I return to my class, I noticed that have also lost most of my classmates trust. Only my childhood friend sticks with me until I graduated. I also became very timid after that. Not looking at others eye or face when I speak to them. I learn to live peacefully on my own after that. It's a bit lonely but I am already used to it.
