  • Over the last decade we've seen a staggering number of famous pastors fall out of ministry or be fired from the ministry. In this sermon, we learn characteristics of a true pastor, and the care he will show his church.

I asked my mother who grew up on a farm in her childhood, " Mom, what are sheep like?" She said, "they are dumbest animals you've ever seen. If one falls in a deep puddle of mud, you'll see ten more in five minutes. Or if one gets caught on the fence, there'll be 15 more stuck and unble to move." "Son, that's why God calls us sheep." Never forgot that lesson, especially since I was stuck on a fence for decades before coming to the great Shepherd who set me free.

My husband was one of those third world pastors. We’re in the states now, and he doesn’t “qualify” the way an American man would for pastoring. But he is a true shepherd. I felt like he was seen in this sermon and we’re from Ohio. Thank you for this beautiful, true-hearted teaching. So so good.

Totally agree with this pastor. Church is for believers. How refreshing it is to hear his sermon. Unfortunately too many church’s focus on entertainment instead of teaching & feeding the sheep. All blessings to you Sir

Praise God, the Holy Spirit leads God's children in the truth. An abusive pastor will be exposed by the Holy Spirit's leading.

The church has been infiltraited by imposters that are super salesmen but their aim is selling their own kingdom . It helps to be Full Gospel because you can use those spiritual gifts to spot

Thank you so much for this message pastor! Growing up, I was told that everybody had to obey the pastor's views which became doctrine , because it's the pastor's church. For example, there were rules about how the sisters had to comb their hair, no twisting of the hair, no relaxing, no hair extensions. You obey because it's their church, and the leaders are led by God. So no questions asked, just obey.

WOW! PTL I was that guy for 7 years at my church coming first leaving last . Hungry to serve. I can't even listen to our new pastor whom I mistakenly helped hire. Mistakenly offered my support for a raise. Then he started attacking the Sheep from the pulpit. I pray for him every day . And I chose flight not fight because the decon's and only one elder left are under his spell. This sermon is what the Lord needed me to hear. CHECK YOURSELVES MEN. ARE YOU HUMBLE? LOVING ? EAGER TO SERVE JESUS CHRIST !!! And I have to add this he has an association to Mark Driscol and is promoting something that was the last straw for my family. Something Called RightNow Media. We have several elders in our Community eager to serve why would something 2500 miles away with false teachers be promoted?

Thank you for this message on RUclips. I can’t imagine attending a church like this, I have been attending Mega Churches. They do teach the Bible but there is nothing personal. They are taught that women are temptation so you don’t go and ask the Pastor for prayer, your motive could only be impure. I looked up a church on your find a church web page and plan to attend. Thank you.
