There's been a kit ive been after for ages. Coming across your video Mos I've remembered this is the one. Looks like a great fun build. Needles to say ive just ordered 1 from Airfix Club. Along with Polish bank and European steps. (Bank and steps different scale for a different diorama)

Great build just got mine today, saw it in my local hobby shop in Norwich Kerrison's who stocks lots of Air fix and it looks great.
Awesome kit & build. I enjoyed your review as well. I am still building mine, and I decided to add a few internal details & led's. As mentioned by Neil Airfix are really uping their game & about time, so pleased. Happy Modelling

New subscriber here.. Glad to hear it is a fun, uncomplicated build as I am going to start this kit next week. I will do this version as well, straight out the box, apart from using a metal barrel for the machine gun. I much enjoyed watching the video and am looking forward to starting my build. I'm a brushpainter (traditionalist) and use Humbrol enamels most of the time, as that's what suites my style of modelling the best, it's what I enjoy. Thanks for a great video, now I know what to expect from the build..
I've been subscribed to you for a few years matey :) Thanks for popping by.. Nowt wrong with the hairy stick approach. I will say i seriously dont miss enamels.. 24 hours dry time just slows my modelling down too much.. i airbrush outlaw and drying time is so fast.

I can only apologise for being late to the party.. ;) I find most of the Humbrol paints dry quite quickly, although some (like the gloss paints) do take forever and a day.. I use acrylics for interiors and small bits as they dry quicker, but still prefer enamels for larger surfaces, as I don't have an airbrush. If I airbrushed, I would no doubt have abandoned enamel paints for acrylics proper a long time ago. Happy New Year.. @@MOS6510Models

MINE WOULD HAVE TO BE IN THE GREEN/BLACK CAMMO ,, IMPRESSED WITH THIS KIT , SO MANY CAMMO OPTIONS TO CHOSE FROM TOO . BERLIN BRIGADE CAMMO WOULD BE AWESOME ,, ALSO DARK GLOSS GREEN WITH RED TRIMMINGS LIKE WHEEL NUTS WAS NORMAL FOR ARMY DISPLAYS IN THE 70S ... DEFFINATELY A CONTENDER FOR TAMIYA QUALITY

What glue are you using?
I'm struggling to find anything that works on painted plastic without scraping the paint off first.
Is there something wrong with the Union Jack. Apart from the Red Cross, shouldn’t the Red go diagonally as well?
I recall having this car as a Corgi Juniors model when I was a child - looks like a pretty small vehicle even in this scale.
I agree with you that it is small I have a real one in my garage.

Man that’s a tiny armoured car! don’t forget to add the antenna. 😅 Looking at this kit I see it as a nice base for a lot of extra aftermarket addings. Somehow Airfix is still more comfortable with aviation subjects, lately producing well engineered airplanes and Helicopters, than armoured vehicles in large scale as this Ferret is only their 10th kit of own production. I was expecting a bit more crispness of the plastic like for example the new ICM sd.kfz.247.. There is still room for improvement for Airfix ✨👍✨

All cement burns thru paint! Tamiya extra thin is tamiya airbrush cleaner…
Hi just a quick question does it matter what colour you paint your airfix model tank
depends how accurate you want to be i guess. its your model, do what you like :)

The Paint the army paint theiir vehicles fades quite easily then if they are repaired they just paint the new panel. We hade to pàint our Land Rovers once, at the end a few of us helped paint the last few. 4 tins of paint, all stirred differently. No two side or front and rear were the same shade. Doh!
