I think bullwhip is just one of many of the effects/spells that sometimes you can see even through fog
The hero location stays where it died until it revives as far as i know, so if you have vision of the corpse thats why you see the items update.

Some abilities can also appear in the middle of the map like Sniper's shrapnel, beastmaster axe, etc even though they used it somewhere else.

The third one is kinda gamebreaking in pro games.
Well Bh poof appears even in fog, following the same theme of fog info abuse.

idk if this is bug or change but u can see pa even when she use blur.
Pretty sure that's just change, PA was nerfed quite a bit with 7.36
