where and how would you put children? I have quite a few children coming to my wedding, but where do I put them in the counts. they have a different menu?! Thanks in advance!

What about a married couple? How do you enter their name? I would like to use excel to send the invitations and I don't want there to be essentially two separate invitations sent.
Any advice on what to do when inviting families with children as far as how to include that for the count?

This is awesome. But what if I am inviting a whole household, say a couple plus their kids? How would I incorporate them using this method? Also for # of invitations, would you just go off of the first column?

What if you have a husband and wife for example that live in the same address would you put them into different columns? And what if the Person has children how do you add those?

This so helpful, but my column is counting the cells without any names in it. How can i fix it?
+Raudric Curtis make sure you are using the =countif formula! If you don't add the "if" it will just count everything. Count if only counts columns that have writing in them.
Hi Alina! Thank you so much for this video, it was very helpful as well as your other videos. I do have a question, so my wedding guest are more than +1 (lol), it's more like +3 and +4 and even +5. How can I make this work on the excel sheet so it count all guest, should I just enter all guest manually or does excel have a short cut? Thank you for your time!
Yesenia Lopez Hi! I am glad you have found it helpful! I would recommend adding another column and just entering in the number of additional guests to that party, then you can just add them all up using the same SUM formula... Hopefully that makes sense!

I LOVE this video! It was so helpful. When I do the total guests though or any formula, when I insert or delete someone my totals do not update, any ideas?
if you have more than one name under "guest" how do you amount that into the total for that column?

Can anybody elaborate a little bit more about Name & Guest. It's little confusing. Do you mean to say that the perrson under Name is not a guest?
The "Name" section refers to the guest being invited. The "Guest" section refers to the plus one of that guest c: probably could've been labelled "Guest" and "Plus One" respectively, but whichever way works for each person.
You had mentioned you were going to explain how to upload the spreadsheet to Google drive...where can I find out how to do that?
+Deb Matthews What you can do is go to your google drive and click on the new button. Select the 'File Upload' button. Find find and select your sheet, then click open. It should upload after that
