Big up JJ Frost. You brought so much talent through!!!! I love your honesty and approach. Top don and true ambassador of the scene. Looking forward to the next episode. Stay blessed.
@@gainstage4497 This channel is marvellous. It's great source of inspiration, knowledge and entertainment all in one. Great detailed questions and time is allowed for people to speak at length. You have a great weekend too my friend!!
I have seen Big Bad Jumping Jack on many occasions since 1990, all over the South West and London. Went to a party in the Opera House Boscombe, where he was playing in the backroom years later and he recognised us from places like Ektos & Diggers. Invited us into the booth with him and we had a top couple of hours remembering the stuff that went on. Top Bloke, top skills and top toonz....
JJF. A real jungle Don. Glad I got to experience raves listening to this man. 90s scene for me was proper in my humble opinion. Those old enough knows the vibezzz. Big up yourself JJFrost. Thanks for the entertainment over the years. Gotta respect it. 💯👊🏾
Bro Jumpign Jack Frost is a legend .....Amnesia house, quest, roast, dreamscape....All those beautiful times .....He always played the shit i wanted back then super dark hardcore.....I always remembered one set at quest when he mixed EEK A MOUSE in with a tune...Ganja smuggling, Top buzz was on right after him and they smashed it too
These podcast's are excellent, your getting great guests and I like the host who does a smashing job of the interviews. Producer would make for an interesting guest... That's if he's up for it. Anyway, very much looking forward to the second part of this one, keep up the good work guys you deserve to make this a real success.
Crowland Rd. Early doors venue in North London around 88 - 89 where Freedom started featuring Aslam Mac, Bro Kurt, Richie Fingers. Centerforce done a couple raves in there as well
@Don't Shoot Haha No. Don't know about these days but some DJ's get tunes way before others. Dub plates and their own mixes. Also they're not all crowd pleasers playing what's hot. They're the ones breaking the tunes making them hot.
I'm glad jumping jack frost has done so good legally and won't mind me putting him in the book nearly finished will be called THE DYING OF THE DEAD which will be published ending 2022, as he honoured me by putting me in his book big bad and heavy, may God bless you nige 😇
Frost is someone I have a lot of admiration for.
His chats on mental health are really powerful. Big up to the Frost!
Be great to get a interview with James and Charlie Perkins the Fantazia crew!
Frosts book of love set is heavy

Top class jungle DJ, helter skelter 94 was one of my all time favourites, he started off with soul 2 soul back to life mix
That's a quality set. 👍
What a way to start the day, a chat and spliff with Frost....lovely!

Centreforce...🤜
Weve got the same coasters! Blinding interview as always!
Frost's USP back in the day was his selection and being one of the only dj's at the time scratching his name into his sets.
@Don't Shoot
Haha

Great intro, big fuck off medal for sure. A true legend
Mental health is something that needs to be shared to increase awareness. Big respect 🙌
Like that one! 👍
Any chance you could stick all the ads at the start of the interviews so I can fucking skip them? 😆👍
loved the interview especially the hyper d anecdote.
More tomorrow!
Another great interview KNOW WHAT I MEAN

Gotta have a coaster for fuck sake! lol
Fucker imagine the frost and ray keith teaming up back in day with a gang be called the untouchables
What about getting Fat Tony on, he’s been around since the beginning??
fantastic interview, can I ask why it was so short?
It’s three parts.
I always thought the Jumping Jack Frost name was a play on that 80's Whoopie Goldberg film Jumping Jack Flash 😂😂
Which is named after the Rolling Stones song.
Man Utd? Aghh jes man that's like finding out Santa doesn't exist, devastating. That's a dent, going to be honest here.
👏👏🏿
Not the best mixer but Frosts selection was quality, top fella too.
Ya know what a mean.
I would love to see the next bunch of interviews vibes, sy, slipmatt, Easygroove, Robbie D
We've already interviewed Slipmatt.....
