I've never seen anything like this before
That is exactly what my daughter and i saw last night at 9pm in Chandler.
That was SpaceX's Starlink G6-64, I filmed the same thing last night as well and I've filmed these for 6 different Starlink launches. Every launch from Florida reaches the west coast an hour and a half later, if it's not too long after sunset when it reaches us, it will be illuminated like this.

Noticed this on my way home on Dysart and Peoria
We saw this go over South Tucson at exactly 9:08pm on 5/31/2024. I think it was a bit lower in elevation, and at first, it slowly dimmed out and disappeared. Then it randomly came back and as soon as I hit the record button, it disappeared instantly and it didn't reappear after that.

Saw this in Palm Springs as well. Took maybe 4 or 5 minutes to cross the sky from west to east

@@romans1_20 Time was around 9pm pst. The object in question was a starlink rocket returning to the surface

@@romans1_20 Saw it on the ufo subreddit. Looked it up and the info was there to verify.
