Hey Charli, can you do an honest assesment of how it REALLY was being a PCT/Unit Secretary? Would you recommend applying for that position? And how much you were paid (if you're comfotable dusclosing that information).

Thursday I’m interviewing for a clinical associate position on a peds unit super excited been in health care for a year and in lpn classes

Hey, in an earlier video I found out we live in the same state. I was looking at CNA and PCT. In our state which pays more?
Oh goodness I picked the cheapest pair of scrubs and they are smiley faces .
I remember thinking I was so ecstatic when I got pct position. It turns out, it’s wasn’t really for me. I’ve been criticized horribly since day one. Mentally been broken down. But thankful for opportunity, but it’s not for me.

Try applying at Davita, they train you and you don’t need experience
Try getting another job in the hospital first like a receptionist, patient transporter, patient observer
