TTC Buses at Jane Station

Jane Station is one of the TTC's few off-street bus terminals at subway stations which is not within the fare paid zone of the station. This gives pedestrians accessing the station truly excellent access, but slowed down boarding until the widespread adoption of Presto meant all-door boarding was possible outside of fare paid zones. Routes 26 Dupont, 35 Jane, 55 Warren Park and 935 Jane Express provide daytime service to Jane Station. At the time of recording in July 2023, routes 26 and 55 were based at Queensway Division, while routes 35 and 935 were based at Mount Dennis Division. Queensway was supplying Orion VII (8000 series) and Orion VII NG (8100 series) buses while Mount Dennis was suppling entirely Orion VII HEV (1000 series) buses.
