Thank you for the video. I liked being able to have an opportunity to listen to how much noise it makes. It looks nice and seem to work well. I might get it. I'm still doing research about washers and dryers but it looks amazing. I'm very glad you posted this video because it is definitely helpful.
I have the same washer WM4370HKA and my problem is that it makes the same noises when it has a few things in it, it shakes and if it does not have a certain amount it will shakes still. I do not like over filling the washer because I feel like it will not clean my clothes good if they can't move around freely. I have floaty laminate floors and I believe that may be part of my problem too.
Try adjusting the two foot screws on the front bottom of the washer. Raise them up a few turns. Then make sure your washer is level and on a firm and strong surface. Will solve your problem 99% sure
I have this model washer and have experienced sudsy residue in rubber gasket and on door. I am using little HE detergent. Have you ever experienced this? Thank you
If you use PODS that really cuts down on that happening. BUT even if you use the right amount of liquid HE detergent, it sometimes leaves a tiny bit of soap in the gasket. So unless you are really getting a lot of left over suds, it is normal for a tiny bit of suds to be left over. In my short experience so far.
'Digital' THATS how detergents work. With chemicals. It makes 'water wetter', thats how they work. If you want to go around stinking of body order, go right ahead. I LOVE my chemicals! They smell so nice, and MY clothes dont stink:) So...I think after 40 years of washing clothes, Ill keep doing it. 'Natural crap soaps, are just that...crap! Thus you 'natural people' stink, rubbing a rock under your arm as deodorant doesn't work, and using some 'natural soap' to wash your clothes is a waste of A LOT of money. You still smell, your cloths are dirty, and you waste water, having to wash over and over and over again.
Can you tell me what you think about the display. We purchased the 3700 model and the display is SO hard to see, it looks like it should be back lit, but it is not. I said so in the PC RIchard review and they actually called me up and said that I could return the machine. So do you find that it is easy to see the all the setting choices?
Harry Ridgely Yes it does, I thought at first something was wrong but I had a top technician come out and check it and he said it was normal and nothing to worry about.
Thanks I have had a technician at the house 5 times and they had leaned the unit back. It still rattles. I had an LG front loader for 12 years and loved it never rattled. The drum on this one hits the door.
Harry Ridgely I recently bought this washer, have the same door banging issue when speed up, tried to level the washer, a bit better, but it still did not solved the issue.
Came across your video, thank you for both!! They were very helpful in making my decision on purchasing the LG washer. I currently have a Samsung that my husband and I brought back in 2011, the drain pump isn’t working anymore. I do love my Samsung and how clean it left my clothes. With two kids whites tend to turn dingy, but with the deep steam cycle left the white SUPER WHITE. I’m hoping the LG will give me the same results. The Samsung makes a lot of noise when it’s spinning and shakes. The LG is so quite, it’s amazing. Thank you once again!!
I have owned the lg for over 10 years, great machine.you had stated that you payed $800 for each at Lowe’s. What time of the year do you purchase them. Wonderful if they have a sale certain time of the year.i looked on line and it’s $999
Same washer dryer combo was delivered to my house yesterday. I find this noise at spin cycle completely unacceptable. It was banging so hard I thought something broke inside, also when I overfilled with detergent, I had water on a floor. Having said that, after adjusting amount of detergent, overflow hasn’t happen again in 7 wash cycles. Also vibration/noise seem to be less excessive. This unit replaced my old Frigidaire combo. I have to say I never had this sort of problems with +15 years old washer. Time will tell. I’m glad I bought extra warranty.
easyx9mm I had a technician come check it and they said when we moved to our new house it just needed to be adjusted. Since then it hasn’t had any problems.
Thanks for your input.i see your LG has lots of cycles & options.i was looking on line and washer&dryer can cost well over$2000. What does a machine need to have and what is so much better about the other units. I have a 10 yr. old lg and it has a good amount of options.i look at your machine and my gosh it has so many options.lowes sells your machines for $999 each.
I have this exact model but sometimes is suds up too much and the door explodes open releasing a bunch of bubbles especially when washing towels and microfibre cloths that have slight soap residue from regular use. I think the safety stop feature when there are too many bubbles isn’t working.
@@reillycat71 we moved to our new house about a month ago and my washer has been struggling to balance the load since (I have the same model) I'm going to be ordering shock absorbers because apparently the movers never reinstalled the shipping bolts and I'm thinking they might've damaged the suspension system in the process, but this washer washes so well!!! Definitely will be an LG customer next time around, we also have all their kitchen appliances and WHAT A DREAM!

Christopher Aimi Not unless I put too much detergent in. I use the Method brand and I rarely experience sudsy. Hope this helps.

It does rattle somewhat when it speed up and slows down from the spin cycle.

Thanks and Greddings
Ya I remember you saying that.but does Lowes have sales like the price you payed for it.
I have a LG top loader and I frequently gives UE (unbalanced errors), does this machine often stop with errors? Thanks for the great video.

I am thinking about buying this model tomorrow. That is good to know.

You can only use HE detergent on these machines. Regular top loading detergents will ruin your front loader.
The shacking noise when speed up is not normal at all! Call the service man for change may be the shock absorber!
Cal Sa it actually stopped the noise when we moved to our new house. Apparently the floor at our old house wasn’t level.

This is a really good washer
Does it always make that banging sound at the beginning and end of the spin cycle?
Only the heavier loads make the sound. I'd say about 80% of the loads do not.
