Woah. I went to Berlin the same weekend. And I was studying in Madrid at the time. Now I am thinking of moving to Berlin. And I have also lived in Beijing for one year. A lot in common! Great video :D

👋 what a coincidence! Now I am in Alicante, the beach, the sun and paella. There isn’t much going on, but I have no complaints here :)

I live not too far from Berlin, but to be honest I have no idea how to start an art career here 😬 I'd love to see a video on this subject, some tips would be really helpful.

Great suggestion! It's generally harder to start an art business in Europe because of the taxes and red tapes. But if you can join any kind of official artist association (like la maison des artiste in france), it would be a good start. Usually they require art school education as a standard entry ticket.

Larissa veloso Hi, welcome to Madrid! We are based in Madrid, and been in Spain for almost 8 years. Spain is a special place. I will make a video on working as an artist in Spain!

Larissa veloso We do plan to make some course locally, but mostly the local artists don’t speak English. I can speak Spanish, then it’s not for visiting artists. What kind of things you want to know about?

@@VeryPrivateGallery I speak portuguese, I can understand and perharps talk some things in spanish as well!!
I'm searching for nude models for figure drawing sessions or even just basic drawing classes!

@@satelliite There are some Meetup groups but I don't think they ever did nude drawings. You can find individuals who model for drawing, but of course it's a bit of logistic.

Puedo hablar español pero no muy bien, porque trabajamos en inglés. Somos de China y Francia. Para artistas (que hablan español) es importante de hablar inglés o otras idiomas también. En el futuro, voy a intentar de hablar español en el vídeo!

Hi 🙋🏻‍♀️ I studied European law and management in Germany (Hochschule Bremen). My study was in English. If you wish to study art, likely you need B2 level German and a strong portfolio.

aj Most undergrad level education is in German. But you can find Postgrad level education in English. I studied in English while I was doing a postgrad in Germany.
