I couldn't find the 1500lb model anywhere so I bought the 1400lb. I want to say the tires were only 15" not 16" and the colors of the axels and handle were yellow, and the sides were black. So kinda reversed scheme. Otherwise, pretty similar.
I picked this one up at Menards. Great price and 11% off. Menards is pretty much in northern US so far. You can buy online and have it shipped, but that adds to the price. I haven't seen it anywhere else yet. Maybe because its so new, not every Gorilla distributer is carrying it yet. I'll keep an eye out and share a link when I see listed elsewhere.

Ooof! I hear ya! The MN gov wants to model the state after Cali. Not sure how much longer I'll be here! The Strongway STR1500 is the same and available at Northern Tool.
Great video. I’m trying to decide between the 1500 unit and the 1400 unit .. besides colors and wheel size do you guys know if any other difference .. Also do the sides fold down or do you have to take them off .. Thanks I want to use it behind Atv to pull the kids around at a slow pace .. hoping it will work
I use mine to haul my garbage bins to the end of the gravel road that leads to my house. This one holds exactly two garbage bins and I make sure to bungee cord them to the sides of the cart. So easy.
Very good feed back on the cart! I like that you are looking at the other reviews of it and being realistic about how you’re using it. I am looking forward to seeing how you make improvements to it, so that it best serves you.
I’m waiting way too much time thing to figure out if I want this guy or one of the two wheel version Atv carts that you can tilt and dump. Part of me loves this to wheel around the kids by hand in as well… but not sure if I’ll regret not having the dump feature … fine I’ll just get both
Wow I only got the 1000 lbs guerilla cart I think im going to get the 1500lb one the 1000 lbs cart is weak I got the sides bent and I’ve replaced all 4 tires twice
I was debating whether to fabricate a platform on the small Harbor Freight trailer or go with this. I need to be able to move around a 13K watt generator, a welder and 40# propane bottles with an ATV on our farm. I have a 5 X 10 trailer but I frequently use it for other things and don't want to regularly load and unload a 250 lb. generator, so something dedicated for my version of a mobile farm welding rig will make life easier. I also wanted something narrower than the ATV so I can get to areas of fence line in the woods without getting hung up too often. (I'm welding pipe for H-braces, etc.) The short cart should track right behind the ATV pretty well. Good tip about backing it, though. Anything with a short longitudinal axis is a headache to back, but something with a swiveling front wheel set on top of it sounds like the formula for a whole lot of cussing. I'll be mindful of how I'll need to depart and plan ahead so I don't need to back it very often. Also, I appreciate your thoughts about hinges since the product info didn't show the detail of what it has very well. I think some pin and barrel hinges like the ones on trailers with removable ramps would be an upgrade if I'm not happy with their tab and slot design. Sincerely appreciate the upload and your discussion of the details - exactly what I was hoping to find. Cheers!
I love everything about the gorilla cart, except for those garbage tires. Polyurethane tires don’t belong on anything that needs to haul. Maybe for kids toys they’re fine but not wheelbarrows not tractor carts not big heavy duty wagons like these. All four of my gorilla tires split in the third year with maybe 10 miles total on them right down the knit line where they were molded, absolute garbage. I bitched at gorilla cart and they didn’t care, didn’t offer anything other than to sell me a new set of four tires. I went out looking for replacement tires and most of them are made by Tricam, which is who made these crappy tires to begin with. I vowed not to give another dime to gorilla cards. I was so pissed so I bought them from Menards, 100 bucks for a set of four of them, the whole cart only cost $200. Very disappointed.
Yeah, as a designer I understand why they put those tires on. They needed something within a certain price point and availability. They do the job for most uses with this cart. Its similar to buying a truck, they have cheap tires on them just to get them rolling and out the door. They use contracts to get the tires at a price point so they can make a profit and meet availability. I see your point, but as someone who also fielded tech calls, I wouldn't warranty tires that are 3 years old either. They are a wear item and depending on use, its difficult to put an amount of time on them for life expectancy. Sounds like you should be disappointed with Tricam, not Gorilla carts
I'm thinking of saving up money and getting one to build a tiny camper on it. Thinking about long-term solutions to soaring rent prices in my area. Get an ebike with decent range and off I go!

The biggest testimonial of this whole cart is watching you assemble it one handed with a camera in the other. I never even heard of these. Impressed.

Yes! Always need more tools!
Yeah I want to see those improvements too ! I just ordered one on the strength your review
Right on!

Sounds like you get your use out of it! It could definitely use tougher tires

Kinda makes sense that the tires are slightly overrated because they have to carry probably 75+ lbs of the cart (minus wheels) plus the max load.
Yep!
Make sure your tire treads are all facing the same..... This helps tremendously with fuel mileage
haha!
I like the cart. big is good, and so is sturdy.
Yeah for sure! I was looking for the largest one I could find, and here it is.
New subscriber Here. Excellent video. Excellent attention to detail. What was the measurements on the drop in plywood floor board?
Awesome, thanks for subbing! Yeah I cut it at 32”x50”. It has about an inch of wiggle room so it won’t ever get stuck. It’s been working great! 🦅
Great Job !!
Thanks!
For sure a back helper 😂🤣 great video thank you for sharing God bless....
Thanks for watching
Can you make me a hitch that can be connected to my bicycle?

@@baldeaglegarage I can agree with you on the Tricam point…I just retired after 42 years in purchasing, I totally understand pricing pressures 😊
Hmm, this cart looks like a diy project waiting to happen! 1500 pounds huh? Wow!
It’s been wonderful to have around.

Put 1500 lbs in it have 4 mashed flat tires and crush it like a pancake trying to move it. Chinese junk.
So what’s the true weight rating you think?
Would an air pump pump the tire
yes, any hand pump would work great. Its a small tire so it wouldn't take much energy.
