So cool! I will definitely be on the lookout for better quality brown brushes. I'm super curious about the massive brushes though!! Are they for real? Is there like giant scroll of rice paper for that? Or is it decorative? Please let me know if you did a video on these!
Thank you for watching 😊 yes the large brushes are real made of horse hairs. I use them for large artwork and also for performance. I’ll ask someone to film us when I use those large brushes next time!
@@EmpressLunaFrost Fine and straight goat hair brushes are expensive. I buy my brushes from Ikkyuen, Japan. I use many different size/hair brushes from the brand 😊 You can buy some from my website. www.junkoazukawa.com

What brush is the expensive brush? What is the brand, what is the brush called and where do you buy it?

Thank you for the tips. I was wondering how you can tell that a brush is good quality before you wet it, i.e. when you buy it
So nice to hear this video was useful for you ☺️🙏
Hi Junko, what is that paper you use when you tested the brush, at 4:13. I quite like the bleeding on that paper and would like to buy some.
It’s called “Gasen paper thin” made for especially Sumi-e. You can buy some from my website www.junkoazukawa.com ☺️
