you could hear it in the Holy Ghost album, the boys were sad. i mean Mass already got me wondering if they were stopping…and then they stopped. if they ever returned it would mean the world to a lot of people. and everyone i’ve met who loves them, also super respects why they left and wants them to be happy. i just want them to be happy, and i miss them…i preordered the Sports sweatshirt
was definitely a bit of a bummer when they broke up, but knowing it was the best thing for their friendships and mental health its definitely the best decision. And at this point I am pretty glad it happened, we have the music of Modern Baseball that captured angsty, youthful lightning in a bottle and stands as a monument of 2010s emo, and the more mature music of Slaughter Beach, Dog and the other members solo careers
I think the pressure that Modern Baseball kinda shows the fans base intrest. Like how much more we care about what they produce compared to other factors for them leaving such as mental health, family, legal issues, etc. And even though this ideology makes sense, I'm not sure if I should expect anything else. Idk
if mobo were to comeback i don't think it would be a full comeback as much as it would be for a festival / event. like i would not be surprised if when we were young or some other festival like that got a reunion show out of them. it really all comes down to bren since it seems like he doesn't want any spotlight at all (which is 100% understandable, being a frontman / public figure isn't for everyone and some people don't want all that attention on them.)

they make a new post on instagram after 6 six years, but it was the 10th anniversary of "you re gonna miss it all"
