    Great video, I' have this exact watch but in the blue and its about 15 years old and just had my jeweler change the battery for the second time over the weekend. Always wondered what it looked like inside as I only let professionals touch it and thats not me...lol....Mine had an interesting story when I first got it, for some reason you couldnt set it right on the hour after I had it for a couple of years so strange, it was still under warranty and it was sent back to Omega twice as the problem wasnt fixed the first time and they ended up replacing the entire movement. Love this classic watch and will never sell it, my son will inherit it one day

    This is a fun video! Hunting for a 2264 myself and this is helpful as I have the proper tools to change batteries, install gaskets, etc. Thanks for sharing!

    It would have been great to see how you actually take the battery out correctly (mine seems to be very tight and I don't want to damage anything), great video though, thanks for the upload.

    This specific watch does not use a 395 but a 373 Swiss watch and it is good to use Swiss batteries Renata has the correct amperage for the machine

    Hi, found your video while looking for some info on this watch. I can see dust particles on the dial of mine (I think that occurred during a servicing at some point), and would really like to get in there remove the dust. Do you know what position the crown should be in before I remove it? Thanks.

    Should had replaced it with a Renata battery but it's your choice.
    I always do on my swiss quartz watches including my SWATCH pieces just to be sure my new batteries are good.

    I trying replacing the battery but it does not snuggle in the way it did here. Tried 395 and also thinner 371 but the same. Is there any lever for loosening and holding it tight?

    I would like to know how can you tell if your Seamaster has definitely been back to Omega for a battery change? Do they provide documentation?

    For someone so anal, you didn’t align the antimagnetic cover or set the time to the exact second - good job on the battery though 👍🏼🙂

    Show how to remove caseback and battery otherwise completely useless video

    • @dagazwatch2681
      @dagazwatch2681  3 года назад +1

      Well, I did show how to remove the caseback. The caseback unscrews (see 2:25 ) and the battery is picked out with your fingers, exactly the reverse of how you watched me place it in with my fingers (see 5:18) . Common sense, mate.

      @@dagazwatch2681 you show the caseback being removed with your fingers.wheres info about removal tool.Not so much common sense is it😀
