Hi, in October I turned 50, when I was 48 I did a year of kettle bell swings and I lost 46 lbs. I'm going to do these 4 exercises this year and see where that takes me.👍
Please Gregory, are these for "Unbroken 4 exercises for one Set" and repeat for 3 more sets? With 1 minute rest between the sets? That's what I understood from one of your previous Dojo videos...

I'm over 40 (slowly getting to the 50 actually :P), overweight (bad job, and nutritional errors). But I still remember how it felt great to be able to run half marathons mere 5 years ago, and 20kgs less fat on my body. I need it again, thanks for the exercises & protocols. I'll better go flowin'!! :D

Ich bin noch relativ frisch mit meiner kettelbel unterwegs und verfolge begeistert eurer Videos. Ich habe mich gestern mal an den 4 Übungen gemacht. Gibt es eine bestimmte Grenze ab wann ich ein "Gürtel" höher versuchen kann? Gestern war es der Gelbe 4 Sets, danach Pause und nochmal 2 Sets mit jeweils 1 min Pause xD

Your thoughts on KB Clean & Press starting with the KB on the floor, picking it up like a 1 arm deadline into the Clean before pressing as opposed to swinging it into the Clean.
I wonder if we can buy one follow up kettlebell video only (like a pay as you go) without buying a all pack. Eg: when buying for 1 dollar after we have to buy the all pack which i wont use all because some exercices i cannot do. Anyay thanks to you and Angie, you changed my life and the vision i had of kettlebell
I suppose if we consider this as a kind of test, then once is enough. But then it is advisable to specify the age and the maximum execution time. If we consider this a workout, then 3 rounds with a rest interval of 2-4 minutes between is enough.

Whats the best way to develop overhead squats? rack, goblet squats give less challenges...
It needs a reasonable shoulder and spine mobility!

Looks like I'm a solid Orange dojo belt, not to mention how much more fit, after only 4 months of kettlebell training

This combo of exercises remains king. Sensei Steve created an evergreen workout, that will stand the test of time.
If you are writing about your results, please indicate your age as well, 40 years and 65 years are far from the same thing...
