Polystar installed 2 more HDPE High quality PE extrusion machines in Mexico in August. The 80mm extruder is now producing film width up to 1700mm and reaching over 150kg per hour. The two-section screw design gives excellent mixing of recycled material and calcium carbonate compound. The bimetallic treatment prevents the screw from wearing out fast working with a large amount of abrasive material.
The machine is equipped with rotary die and hydraulic screen changer. The bubble stabilizer is made of plastic to avoid scratches on the film surface.
This High quality PE extrusion machine is able to produce LDPE in addition HDPE film by a flexible change on the die head and cooling air ring. The special screw design of the film blowing equipments significantly improves the mixing of material, producing high quality film even when using recycled material.
