  • Blown-film Die Head disassembly and assembly are important stages of service process. While disassembling, all major parts should be checked for damage especially at flow and mating surfaces, and any burrs or blemishes removed. All minor parts (e.g. screws) should be checked and replaced if required.
Assembly shall be performed in the reverse exact order with precision and correct tension to make sure that no leaks occur at the production site.
Die heads may come for service and cleaning either in one piece or disassembled (upon agreement a customer).
