Ram is one director who makes movie for arts sake. No pretensions. I hope he never changes. God bless him. I have been working in the film industry and have watched thousands of film...but peranbu made me feel things ive never felt.and i cried for sometime..i dont know if its tears of happiness or sadness but they are true emotions. Having that trangenders character arc was golden for me. Thank you Ram sir.

I disagree with his view on production manager, make up man changing, but only directors and asst. directors work till the end. If the movie is shot in 45 days like Arivhazhgan (like Kuttram 23) , Vikram Vedha etc. why would they leave? He shouldn't be doing bgm for Taramani for 9 months. I accept that bgms are epic and it lifts a movie to next level. But time and money are big constraints. But still Katradhu Thamizh - Jeeva kills a ticket counter for having a torn 5 rupee note and the bgm vera level.

Where/how you reached that conclusion- did you have extensive research result? 2) Since this movie based on/related to the current culture - even Tamil girls using such words - so called educated, so called modern/ and so called in imagination leading very "western type" of life freely using such words . 3) Now even Tamil girls wearing not just modern, but very revealing dress (tight T'Shirt/ showing cleavages). 3) In youtube, few clips shows just regular kind of Tamil girls in Chennai coming out their colleges,in interview freely discussing about sex/ masturbation. If you close watch these channels..set of youngsters with immense passion for movies trying to make a living by working on their passion and day by day more focus on it. Hats off and more inspiring ! But what I felt recently after this interview is, this hero/director have been sacrificing 5yrs of their life for this movie but no one noticed. Now close to the release there is an interview. So is it an honest talent finding interview or is it becoming a new platform for film promotion? Movie team knows these channels have a solid set of followers. The best medium to reach the millenials now. These channels they need recognition and when such movie team agrees its a win-win situation..not sure if it's a healthy trend .cos me as a normal audience dont wanto look TCR for film promo
