Strawberry Fruit Roll Up

Enjoy this super simple, all natural, strawberry fruit roll up recipe. Remember to check and make sure that it is dry before removing it out of the oven.
1 lb Strawberries
2-3 Tbs Honey
1 Tsp Lemon Juice

Definitely going to make these! Just wondering if that is the temperature for a fan assisted oven? In the UK most recipes state two temperatures depending on if the oven is fan assisted or not (don’t want to burn them.) 😅
