I just hope to get the opportunity to visit anywhere in Greece one day! Mykonos would probably be top of the list. Great tips!!

Thanks! I didn't stress very much the food or the friendliness of the people. We have been to about 25 countries now. l liked them all, but my favorites to visit were Italy, Greece, and New Zealand. It is tough to go wrong with these three.

Great video Ken, I absolutely loved Greece and plan to go back one more time while I can. One of the highlights of my first cruise there was meeting Ken and Ellen, you are amazing people and so blessed I got to meet you both! See you on your next video! 😎

Glad you enjoyed it! We have several cruises coming up over the next 12 months: Alaska, Norway, Panama Canal, and maybe a transatlantic! So I should have lots of material to use to make videos.

Once again beautiful Video, we are planning to DIY for MYKONOS and SANTORINI, we stay for 10 and 12 Hours respectively, if we do an excursion, they will be done in few Hours, and we have lots of time. This our first TA but we have gone to Caribbean many times, we are Diamond plus on RC, what is your suggestion. Thank you.

Thank you! We have done 2 transatlantics (NCL and Princess) and have a double transatlantic scheduled for late this year on HAL. RC should be great, because they have so many things to do on sea days.
On Santorini, the crowds are the problem. I suggest going to cruisemapper.com and checking out how many ships will be in harbor the same day as you. The more ships, the worse the experience on the bus tours, as the roads on the island become very clogged. I suggest DIY, using the ferry to Immoudi Bay, shuttle to Oia if waters are fairly calm, or the cable car to Fira if water is rough.
For Mykonos, you should have a shuttle that will bring you to the town. It is a very easy DIY stop.
We have only done one RC (to Mexican Riviera). What do you like most about them?

@@mytravelwindow3061 Thank you very much, we will just take our own time in Santorini, have a beer, eat some food and walk, it's a tender. We also booked a TA on Celebrity on March 2025, we love Celebrity food, you don't have to do specialty and when we get on Voyager, I will book a TA from Galveston on Harmony (beautiful ship)
