Loving the LFW vlogs! Love coconut water (especially with pineapple) but, 250 mls per day max otherwise it cleans you out better than colonic irrigation... Good for the start of a detox though ( as long as you don't need to leave the house. Okay I'm in TMI territory - sorry) can you recommend a good sheer nude lipstick and gloss for pale skin/dark blonde. I like Burberry rosewood but its a little too dark and brown for me. Ps; pack a cute umbrella for the rest of the week xx
