Loved your video. Mr. & Mrs.Sourpuss are people who are never happy.
I was considering the Haven on the Viva, but when Cruising with Ben and David showed it's lack of real butler and concierge care and the cost not including coffee in the restaurant or bars or lounging area and when you wanted to have a specialty dinner brought to your room they charged the room service fee for it to be brought there and served. Several other disappointing items are making me rethink trying the Haven on the Viva.
One thing that really amazed me was that the Haven room didn't come with free containers of water! Ben and David had to buy a 12 pk.
I love how appreciative you are of the opportunity for a free cruise1 It really is a downer when you have a sourpuss or two tainting the vibe. You're VIP status is well deserved!

I was laughing so hard when Mr. Sourpuss was feeling seasick and you were still docked. 😂 If I found out my travel agent acted like that, I would fire them immediately. No reason for that. Especially when they give them a free cruise!

I really don’t know how you can be a miserable person on a cruise?! Thanks for the video! I’m sticking with Virgin though because those ships just look too big to me.

Yes the Viva is pretty much identical to the Prima.
Mr & Mrs Sourpuss sound VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! They're there to work! To learn all about the ship and its amenities on behalf of their customers. They have huge egos and self entitlement! I would not want to use that type of T.A!😮
