CBD is derived from marijuana. Some gummies havs THC While some do not. Marijuana is illegal federally in the US in all forms and derivations. It's why even in the states that have legalized it, it is a cash business.
Totally get it. CBD doesn’t have any THC. She didn’t do anything illegal or the cruise line would have contacted authorities. But it’s a tricky situation when you bring in federal laws. Thanks so much for watching!!
