When you start being invited to test bikes and other products, it only means one thing: your channel has been duly noticed! Well done Rich & Ewa, well deserved! 👍👍
Brilliant that people are inviting you to report on their product. I've been following quite a few people on social media for years and I can't understand why you two haven't got hundreds of thousands of followers. Your editing and the banter between the two of you is spot on. Long may you continue to produce these great episodes 👏👏👏👏👏
Thanks so much, the Channel is growing at a steady rate, We hope we will at least break even at some point in the future! We do love the experience of what we are doing and as long as we are having a good time and are able to we will continue
Glad you got to meet my mate helmet head as for the bike it looks well developed for the money 👌the Chinese are now doing what the Japanese did in the late sixties 😎👌❤️
What a fantastic review in beautiful countyside from the both of you. I love the fact, we have the views from the female and male point of view all in one video. This has made me feel i'm missing somthing if I don't get to the next Voge dealer soooon. Thx 4 doin a competent job with this very informative video, I can see a couple of Af'twins being put out to pasture soon!!.
Thanks so much, Theres so many reviews out there reeling off marketing material... We just want to show you bikes from our real world perspective and perspective... Voge have done a great job on this one and for only 9k
I have a local dealer. The bike looks very well put together and is definitely well equipped if you like tech. For me it's the thought about what the rider needs that impresses. If you want hard cases they are fitted, abd they are narrow so filtering isn't an issue. Heated grips and seat. Essential in the UK. Usb port. Tubeless spokes. Cruise control. Etc etc. Like Ewa said, just buy it and off you go. I like smaller, but this should sell well. It's a great machine, irrespective of where it's made. Ride safe 👍
I take my hat off to Eva as being only riding for 2 years but had the guts to travel all over Europe . I’ve been quite a few times and it can be daunting for some people . Well done the pair of you .
Tail gaters in Poland are an ever present danger. I have lived here since the 1995 and it has always been an issue. Daily, I see drivers just a few meters behind trucks, right up behind other cars, and almost stuffed up the pipes of motorbikes and scooters on every type of road. Thank you for your videos on this bike, your channel and several others including MotechRevolution? were ones I watched when I was ummin and ahhing over to buy a new or second bike and which one specifially. I pick my blue Voge 900 up on Wednesday this week and I thank you for your considerable help in my decision making process.
You can find our tour videos in Poland on the Channel home page. Theres lots of examples there. I think you made a good choice on the Voge, its great value for money
Great revuew, filmed round my neck of the woods too, rivington is great place especially when the suns out, also nice to see someone with the exact body measurements as me, I currently own a Enfield classic 350 for bimbling around and a Moto Guzzi v7 stone, think I need to test one of these and possibly just have an all rounder, really enjoying your channel, keep up the good work.
Oh boy, what a bike for the money. I can compare it directly with a BMWGS 1300 that I rode just last week on a test ride. Quite frankly, it was almost identical to look at, apart from the name badges. The BMW had gold wheels with spokes and tubeless tires. The luggage looked very similar. It had a very similar, if not identical, blindspot warning system. It did have also a lot of gizmos that were not on the Voge, such as a suspension lowering system which I’m not sure exists on any other bike. There are lots of refinements as well, but the bike I rode came in at around £25,000! As for reliability I’m now much more relaxed about Chinese products (and most of our phones are made in China). My existing BMW RT1250 has had a failed exhaust flap, failed front wheel bearings, issues with electric central locking, failed TPMS sensors, a GPS system that keeps crashing, and is subject to driveshaft replacement every 36000 miles (guaranteed by BMW for the life of the bike!). Need I say more?
and with the BMW components now being made by Loncin, the same chinese factory as the Voge.... Wheres your incentive to spend 15k more for the same product?
@@ontheroadadventure And….insurance on GS lowest I could find was £1500! Plus valued my 3 year old at just £9500, as against £22k that I paid. I’m staying put for now but might have a look at the Voge as a possible replacement for my Tracer 900GT+
WOW! So if you had bought the Voge at 9k and threw it in the bin after 3 years youd be better off than the depreciation on your BMW! Bet you wont do that again
As I may have mentioned before, I am not a motor biker but I do a lot of cycling 🚴♀️ ! Watching your channel always leaves me with a ‘feel good factor’ due in no small measure to your friendly personalities and presentational style. Interestingly I always ride with a Garmin Varia fitted to my bike as this is a rear-facing radar and red light unit that alerts me to the approach of traffic from behind. Relevant information appears on the screen of my GPS device under my nose! I’m sure other brands are available but I consider the Garmin Varia to be the second most important safety device for cyclists after wearing a proper cycling helmet! Cheers and I wish you well in the future! 😊
I have to say I have just watched your video and I’m impressed with the bike and how you both show how good it is. I feel you say it how it is and today that’s nice. It dose make you think if you can get all that bike for that price why is BMW charging you 10k more for less of a bike. F900 gs is about 15k then the add ons and box’s. Makes you think. Love the channel be safe cheers
These guys are bringing something game changing to the table, if Reliability is there over the long term how much more time have the Main players got to be the market leaders?
We love that... No Extras needed, No Mechanical knowledge needed to fit crash bars and luggage racks etc yourself before you can use it as intended... Once you buy this bike you are ready to roll... No more expense needed
Love the look of the bike! Excellent value for money! And I must admit more equipment than you could possibly want 👍🏼 The only thing I would add, is a bash plate for the exhaust. Thanks Rich & Ewa for such a detailed vid on this bike 😉
Great review, thanks guys. The Voge stand was certainly getting a lot of attention at the ABR earlier this year. It will be interesting to see how the reliability pans out in a year or two, but that is a hell of a lot of bike for £9k.
Dealerships assure us that parts are here and available through the dealer network.... Keep an eye on the channel and we will do our best to find the reality of this...
Great vid, as usual! Fair review really. With anything Chinese the most important test is the test of time. Nothing quite like getting all ur kit on, heading to the garage and knowing ur Honda is going to start 😊🇯🇵👍
Well you say that but we have had our fair share of issues with the Hondas, Ewas was leaking oil in year one, has had the TFT Fail, and the switch gear often doesnt work if its been raining. My bike has the same oil leak from the stator now.... Makes you wonder if they are all a gamble
Yeah, wonder if things are going downhill. My lads wee CRF is built in China under licence from Honda so I wonder if some of their other stuff is going the same way.
Bike seems amazing for the money. I have two reservations, dealer network for parts and servicing. Part ex values on the brand. They are bad enough on high end brands.
I would say that I wouldnt be worried about the Part ex value, simply because the depreciation on something like a BMW from new is so rapid and massive that it will almost pay for this bike over a few years
Great ride and review. There's certainly a lot to think about when my Tracer 900 needs to go. I can't believe the kit you get for £9k ! My Tracer cost more than that 5 years ago and its not even the 900 GT. Great video work and presentation too. Cheers Andy & Lyn.
@@ontheroadadventure they certainly are, I was hoping they would lend you guys a pair for long term testing? That would be great for everyone! Ride safe A& L.
The bikes really are not bad either, you can find parts on the bike that are either premium like the Brembo or exactly the same as BMW for example, and when I say the same I don’t mean a copy of…. They are the very same made in the same factory
What an absolute bargain. Well done Rich & Eva for a good review. The added features are just brilliant. Voge and CF Moto are going to make a big impact in the coming years, especially with everything so expensive these days. i would certainly consider having one, although i do love my Tiger 1200 GT PRO but it is a heavy bike and i am not getting any younger. Food for thought
I couldnt agree more, the Brand leaders right now have Big competition, How do they compete when these brands are able to bring this to the table at 9k?
You forgot to mention Loncin have made all BMWs parallel twin engines for the last 20 years after Rotax stopped producing. The VOGE 900 has the same engine as the BMW and the same rear chassis as the F850GS
Oh… that is a nice bike, thanks for the honest thorough reviews , unfortunately it’s not available in the USA.. otherwise I would most definitely be looking at one. Thanks .. ❣️❣️❣️
Great review on the bikes Have to see if they let ewa have one for your adventures away and a true test ride doing the job it’s made for and you could have it all over you channel so would be good for them to show the bike in really life Also show the viewers the good bad and ugly about the bike servicing and liability
Excellent production from the two of you - congrats! Very complete as well. I looked at it because I have one of this (Blue) since one month. I passed 1000km revision already and most of minor defect were fixed (TPMS for example). Quickshifter stopped working after about 600km and the guys from service had to send inquiry to Voge España. But I'm not worried at all since the bike has 5 years guarantee and I don't use quickshifter that much. I can affirm that it is a very good bike and can't find anything similar for the same price. I have an Indian Challenger in the garage and this one is a completely different animal and serves for different purposes. I commute daily to work with it thanks to its light weight and handling.
@@ontheroadadventure service is good enough and we shall see how quickly they will solve the issue with quickshifter. I can ride the bike, while waiting. What was the software version during your test? I have 4.2 and asked for an upgrade
Ive no idea about the software, i would assume its the latest available when buying new. Do let us know here how that gets resolved with your quickshifter and how long it takes them
Only one word in your whole video put me off "Chinese", I must admit though for the tech and the money it's phenomenal, good to see you both out again.
Love you two and your channel, but I don't support anything Chinese (almost impossible nowadays I know) and especially a 'back engineered copy' of another designers bike. It's just wrong to me.
Great Video Guys!, Them bikes I have to say looks absolutely fantastic value for money!, As with a lot of things these days you pay for a premium badge!, But another brand is made by the same manufacturer!, Just packaged differently!, Even down to cornflakes!!.👍🏴
Be interesting to see how these will do test of time. I be keeping my eye on Voge for sure. Probably see how these ate when they hit second hand market in the coming years when they been out for a while. Alot a tech on the bike. Time will tell how reliable they are.
Looks a nice bike, great review and would wait a year or so before buying to see how the brand performs over time. Think it might be me but never buy a new model, always wait until they iron out any problems. If any, hopefully it performs well and sure you will see a few on the road soon. Hopefully they are at the bike show this year so can have a good look. 😊
Yeah they will be at the NEC for sure, they were at the ABR etc this year too, I think they are so keen to prove themselves that they are doing all they can to make sure parts are there along with the after service, i reckon they know its what will make or break the brand
Well Well Well I can't believe you was in my part of the world,we head towards Preston most Saturdays turning right just after Houghton Tower,Nice to know you liked riding over Belmont and surrounding area. I always ride with my wife Donna as pillion but i'm sure it could cope well two up.The bikes look nice and appear to be a bargain at that price and fulll of usefull feautures.
We are expecting to see allot of these on the roads, its very hard to ignore at this price and with all the extra tech fitted.... Which would you buy given the choice?
I ride an Africa Twin Adv Sports - for 2 years I had the pleasure of Honda but at a price £17,800, and i am due to sell it and the VOGE price and gadgets mean that I will pay them a visit Thanks for the review
We are in the same position except we have CRF1100L. Ours maybe honda but we have had TFT fail, Both bikes oil leaks, Switch gear failures too... Suddenly Honda doesnt seem to be as good as we all thought...!
I can't believe it, you have just been to where I live haha, I wish I had known I would have popped over to say hello. I am so pleased watching your video (we watch them all, its our go to channel) I think the Chinese are giving it large and showing other motorcycle manufactures that you don't need to charge 20 grand plus to have a decent bike. The CF MOTO looks great too. Thanks for saying you like the area 👍👍👌👌
It is Beautiful around there! We really wish we had brought our tent so we could have stayed longer to explore, We will be back there when the weather improves without a doubt. The Bike is going to be another winner, The chinese are really upping the game, they want the top spot
@@ontheroadadventure That would be great when you get the chance to come over again, your welcome to come to my humble abode anytime, bacon butties n a brew 😊👊
Cheers, you know its so amazing how people invite us to their homes or to stay etc... We feel like we have friends all over the place we have never had the chance to meet in person yet....
Loved watching your tour!! Now the question is would you consider the voge as an alternative to the the Africa twin? It certainly looks good and is specced very well but could you swap the Honda for it??
Now we have our twins and are attached to them I don’t know if I’d swap them. However if I had no bike and was choosing which to buy no question I’d buy the Voge and save the rest of the money from a new twin to spend on travels
Great review.. The height surprised me.. It looks taller.. All reviews are very positive.. Don't know of any dealers around my area though.. I have a Tracer 900 which I have had for a few years, and very pleased with it.. But this is making me 🤔🤔..
I think you can look on the Motogb website to find your local dealer? theres lots of them now all over the country. I think youll find this comparable to the tracer 900 of which i am a huge fan
Good job guys! Lot of features and value for the money. A little on the heavy side, but fine for touring. Loncin has been making engines for BMW for years, should be mechanically fine, time will tell on the electronics. Whether good or bad - Chinese are coming (CFMoto, Voge, Kove).
@ontheroadadventure The Japanese were in exactly the same position 60 years' ago, receiving the same ridicule these bikes are now getting from certain quarters of the biking community. I think they'll eventually make their mark as the Japanese did. They've improved tremendously over the last 25 years or so.
Great review ! Hopefully the first of many, loving the tailgate device “when they are in ur top box” 😂 did you tell them ur comments on the self cancelling indicators ? Something they can surly change. How cool would that be a company that listens to customers 😂 getting parts abroad would be a concern and I think there is still a stigma on Chinese bikes even tho ktm and others are just Chinese with a different badge😮
Getting parts in Europe would be even easier than here in the uk which is no problem. These bikes have been in Europe for some time now, you can find longer term owner reviews online from people in Spain etc
You guys are awesome ✨ 🙏 Excellent review. I like the two of you together dynamic. Very nice. Well.... sounds like the only thing that is missing is a nice maintenence free single sided shaft drive and the kitchen sink 😅 I prefer shaft drives. The price point is phenomenal for what you get here. I guess time will tell regarding reliability and dealer support. They sure look great. Did you spend any time two up to see how the pillion likes it. Love those scorpions 😁🌴✨🙏 Greetings from Beautiful Gorgeous Bangkok Thailand 🇹🇭 🌺 🌴 🌴 🙏😊
Thanks so much. Do you ride in Bangkok? We have considered coming to Thaliand, riding in the cities looks mental though! If we got off the plane in Bangkok where would you recommend we went to hire cheap bikes? I guess scooters are best like the locals?
Hmmm thats a hard one. Now... If i had to buy a new bike, Would i spend 14k on a new twin then buy all the luggage and extras i need totalling around 18k OR would i save almost 10k and buy the Voge? You can be sure i would buy the Voge. No Question
@@ontheroadadventure That seems very sensible, I would agree. The test of time ? More Voge, if they sponsor you, keep one twin and one Voge, it would be the greatest comparison ever. 👍👍👍
That would be interesting! I wonder if you bought a new twin and a new voge which would have problems first... Ewas 2023 Honda had a Engine leak within a year.... Mine has the same oil leak now... Is Honda Reliability all its cracked up to be? Or is it all the same shit at different prices?
@@ontheroadadventure yes maybe the prices are too high for japanese and European bikes, they ask to much, I bought 2 years ago a versys 650 new because of the affordable prise and for the Netherlands this bike is enough but for mountains I would like yamaha tracer 900 gt but these prices I find to high.
Hi, can’t fault what you say, I had a look at one today, but I found it the same as the African twin. A bit too top heavy for me, but I am a coffin dodger ! I looked at the CF Moto equivalent, another Chinese import, reports now on twitchy throttles, questionable oil feed to cam shafts and now on the forums TFT problems. Time will tell on this bike, it does look a bargain .
Agreed, this is defo a "Proof is in the pudding" Scenario.... If they get it right though things are going to change and fast in the motorcycle world...
So when do you swap the Africa twins then?. As comfort sounded as if it was better. And they do look awesome,I have to agree with Ewa, the black and gold looks the best.
Would i trade it now..... Hmmm thats a hard one. Now... If i had to buy a new bike, Would i spend 14k on a new twin then buy all the luggage and extras i need totalling around 18k OR would i save almost 10k and buy the Voge? You can be sure i would buy the Voge. No Question
I have the 300 Rally and it is a brilliant bike. Only runs on E5 premium fuel though. Not sure on this one. I feel the Chinese brands have upped their game with the knowledge gained from producing parts and bikes for the established manufacturers. Trade in values on BMW are atrocious at the moment so that not an issue when in comparison to a £9k bike. Would love to know what its like two up and also if there is a satnav bar that will fit it. Im sure Aliexpress will have one soon. Great Review
I honestly believe these Chinese bikes are going to begin to dominate the Market as people become more money aware and pennies become shorter... Why pay 10k more for a machine that will do just the same as a voge or Benelli?
Hi both of you , great review, so the question is, if you were going on an adventure trip, would you take the Voge or Twin? I have a cb500x at the moment and am looking at a twin like yours ( tubeless tyres though) but this bike has my attention now. Keep up the great work both of you stay safe. Oh and if your every in the Peterborough region, I'd love to show you what we have on offer round here
Tubeless is a strong advantage for road riding for sure... We would have no problem taking the voges for a tour, ive no reason to think it would be any less reliable than any other modern bike. Perhaps Voge will give us the chance to do just that.... That would show confidence in the product wouldnt it
That Radar system is very impressive isnt it! I think this is leading the way for the other Motorcycle manufactures, We will all want this on our bikes now... They are setting a standard
The Japanese need to look over their shoulder. When you say Africa twin was 18k with luggage. My v strom 650 in 2022 was £7k. On the road not much in performance at all. These look very nice but is it form over function. A few years down the line is the test. Also what are the residuals. I think the UK bike market is collapsing watching bikes for sale new and used. With labours pay per mile I can see nothing but doom and gloom for leisure riding/driving. Motorcycles or campers. We are in very u certain times. Really glad you two have the recognition. It’s your chemistry that makes me want to watch. As a motorcyclist of 49 yrs never had a female pillion except daughters. Think it makes a great improvement to your life. Ihave owned many bikes and am now firmly in the less is more regards cc and size of bikes but am old. 70bhp is enough any where for me. I still think a second hand bike is a more of a sensible buy but sensibility is not always the way we rock😂. Your popularity and type of trips you do would be a great advert for Voge. They should be giving you them for a year. Well worth their investment as a global ad. Such is the power of u tube
Lets hope the pay per mile thing never comes in. If it does it could well be the last straw for allot of brits...... Abandon Ship! Thanks for your kind comments, who knows what the future holds, we would like to take the voges for a long term test for sure
Yes Luggage is all standard and included on the bike and stats. Good old regular gas... I didnt check the fuel economy as we were not being kind with throttles on the launch event!
Hi Guys, you were in my stomping ground (Londoner, up North). Amazing and unusual weather. Seems like a copy of my BMW 850 GS, but for £6k less, but with more equipment. I'm presuming it has sat-nav on the TFT screen, via an App? Love the close proximately radar, all bikes/cars should have this feature. May take a test ride. Thanks for the Vid!
Lovely bike and well equipped, for me that seat hight would be to low im 6ft 4 with a 34 inside leg. The curse of being to tall your restricted to the taller bigger bikes.
Think you can buy a module for other bikes that flashes irratically when someone approaches the rear too fast. Saying that I may have just dreamt it lol
The twins are a little bigger, but theres more tech on the Voge for sure and all as standard at almost half the cost of a new ATAS for example which still doesnt match up to spec.... Ours maybe Honda but they have not been without problem
Hi. I ride 202 0 atas 1100 at the moment. I'm thinking about changing it next year. My question is, would you change your africa twin for voge. Thanks a lot. Keep good videos coming.
I can understand your reservations I bought a KTM once… that’s the same thing CFMOTO, but these are made by Loncin who have been making BMW engines for years this engine is not a copy of BMW it is the very same engine in both bikes
Stunning bikes, only with by far the biggest market being small to midweight adventure bikes, will this 900 be dismissed by many? UK new bike stats state that the bigger cc adventure bike sales have suffered these past few years & in all motorbike sales, only the small to mid size adventure bikes have/are selling above all others. I'm in the market for a new bike, yet with many midsized bikes being so accomplished (Voge 525dsx, Benelli 502X, MT450, Himalayan etc) i ask myself what will the bigger cc bikes (in the real world) do, that the others won't??? They will also cost more in insurance, fuel & upkeep.
A very strong point you have there, Of course Voge have there midrange offerings too. But as you say it is getting harder to justify the need of such powerful and expensive to run motos
@@ontheroadadventure Absolutely, the market has changed & many riders have woken up to a lesser cc bike, with it doing all they need & cheaper in every way. 8-10 years ago, the European market used to be all scooters & big bikes, with very little sales anywhere else. Since it's mostly scooters & mid size bikes, with larger cc bikes selling very few. The UK entered that mindset 3 years ago & it's only going to get stronger, as more & more people realise the reality of their needs. At the end of the day the speed limit in the UK is a maximum 70mph & with this in mind, is there really any value in big cc bikes? Recently the Internet has shown us more & more individuals touring the world on extremely cost effective & cheap to run 125cc - 411cc bikes, doing 75 - 120mpg. It's all food for thought.
We agree, in fact these thoughts have crossed our own minds. We recently did over 5000 miles around Europe and didnt exceed about 80mph, only touching motorway once or twice. Do we NEED Heavy 1100cc adventure bikes or are we making life difficult and more expensive for ourselves?
We cant say that but..... In fairness in part its not a clone.... It is Exactly the same. The parts fitted to this and the BMW are the same, made in the same factory by the same company Loncin.... So is it now coming down to Badge Snobbery dispite the Similarities? The Depreciation alone on the BMW over 5 years would pay for this one i bet!
The Arguement of chinese bikes being worse quality than KTM or BMW or Triumph is no longer valid being that there parts are coming from the same places...
@@ontheroadadventure the big difference is dealer support and spares, etc, but if/when Voge’s dealer network here expands that’s an issue which should look after itself. I wish them luck as a brand as “the big boys” may have had it easy in past years, even without the cost of living squeeze, etc.
I agree, If they cant offer the parts and after service they are doomed.... However the guys at voge were allowing these to be tested in ways that did not make the edit... They are very confident in what they are bringing to the table.... One guy asked to have knobblies put on one and he was a crazy off road kinda guy, he couldnt break it!
Great review guys. Clear, concise and down to earth! First impressions…..? Well, if you ignore the obvious temptation for Brand snobbery you’d have to be pretty blind not to concede it’s a good looking bike, with high spec features and all for a very reasonable price. As for reliability….only time will tell but to be fair one or two of the European bigger hitters (mainly the orange one) are pretty lamentable when it comes to quality, durability and after care service! I suspect the European and Japanese manufacturers are ultimately gonna get a bloody nose in the same way the British manufacturers received from the Japanese all those years ago! Any down sides……well, if you’re happy to overlook all the cyber attacks, human rights abuses, corrupt practices and blatant IP (Intellectual Property) thefts which Chinese manufacturers resort to on a routine basis then……I guess not? Still a step too far for me I’m afraid!
Well we hear what your saying BUT the reality is, The BMW parts are made in the same Chinese factory... As are the KTM and many others.... The politics is impossible to avoid, which only leads us back to the End product in which to choose... That and the price of said product of the same quality and origin
The driver behind you might also think you are brake checking. So it can also arouse aggression.I wonder if this is legal in the Netherlands But I like the Vogue DSx.
We agree, a day is great but we want to put them through some real miles and see how they do... Do you think Voge would be confident enough to see us do that? Time will tell
@@ontheroadadventure They’ve obviously been following your channel hence the invitation to test ride them.
Cracking equipment RST , some of the best kit out there at sensible prices!
The Heated Gloves in Winter are just amazing!!
Oh ok that’s interesting so it’s not a new idea, we hadn’t come across this before but we think it’s brilliant
Brilliant vid ...Keep them coming ...I like your down to earth reviews ...
Thanks Andrew youll get no BS from us!
Definitely a lot of bike for the money and as you both said ready to ride
We love that... No Extras needed, No Mechanical knowledge needed to fit crash bars and luggage racks etc yourself before you can use it as intended... Once you buy this bike you are ready to roll... No more expense needed
Fab revue guys. A lot of bike for the money. It will be interesting to know what the dealership network is like both UK and in Europe.
I forget the numbers now but there are many many dealers in the uk All headed up by Motogb the biggest motorcycle network in Europe i believe.
Rich &Ewa be careful and don’t drop them look amazing lucky
We promise if we get our hands on bikes we are using them to and beyond our capability lol
Love the look of the bike! Excellent value for money! And I must admit more equipment than you could possibly want 👍🏼 The only thing I would add, is a bash plate for the exhaust. Thanks Rich & Ewa for such a detailed vid on this bike 😉
Cheers Dave....
Great to meet you both. 👍. G.
Thanks Gilly, and you. 👍
Great Review, Welcome Back , Keep up the great work ,Both of you 😍
Thank you so much 😁
Great review, thanks guys. The Voge stand was certainly getting a lot of attention at the ABR earlier this year. It will be interesting to see how the reliability pans out in a year or two, but that is a hell of a lot of bike for £9k.
These have been in Europe for some time now so you can find long term owner reviews in RUclips too
Just need a long term test
We would like that to see how it handles a good tour
Not available in Canada .Value for money for sure. Its reliability and longevity that counts long term . Parts availability? another great video guys!
Dealerships assure us that parts are here and available through the dealer network.... Keep an eye on the channel and we will do our best to find the reality of this...
I love that bike, and you both did a great review on it,thank you.
The Bike is Fantastic value for money, we just report on what we see.... This is going to sell
Brilliant bike. Can't wait for an invite to ride one 😆
You can take them for test rides now from your local dealer, go see what you think 👍
Your my favorite RUclipsrs now . These scorpion str tyres are great on the road and good on dry dirt ideal for touring. Hope you guys tour yorkshire.
We will definitely do more in the uk soon if it stops raining for long enough to get outside!
nice review both and a nice looking bike
It really is... We want to know more about this bike, i feel like we have scratched the surface on these voges and they deserve more investigation...
Interesting, I believe some Hondas are built in Thailand too?
Looks great, fab review guys
Thanks for watching
They are making it so difficult for people to continue to look the other way from the Chinese brands with bikes like this
@@ontheroadadventure they certainly are, I was hoping they would lend you guys a pair for long term testing? That would be great for everyone! Ride safe A& L.
Who knows what the future will bring....
It’s a very clever bike it kind of reminds me of a tiger 900
It’s a nice looking bike and it’s nice to see something different
Yeah this is a Cross between the Tiger and F900GS and shares many parts too
@@ontheroadadventure I’m not surprised soon they will dominate the car and bike markets if they can prove reliability and they don’t rust easily
Another fun video guys, thank you. I must say, very hard to argue about the bang for your buck…wow.
The bikes really are not bad either, you can find parts on the bike that are either premium like the Brembo or exactly the same as BMW for example, and when I say the same I don’t mean a copy of…. They are the very same made in the same factory
I hear the engine is the exact same as the BMW 900 (a bit more hp in the bimmer version). Impressive for the price.
Yes same engine, slighlty different tune
What an absolute bargain. Well done Rich & Eva for a good review. The added features are just brilliant. Voge and CF Moto are going to make a big impact in the coming years, especially with everything so expensive these days. i would certainly consider having one, although i do love my Tiger 1200 GT PRO but it is a heavy bike and i am not getting any younger. Food for thought
I couldnt agree more, the Brand leaders right now have Big competition, How do they compete when these brands are able to bring this to the table at 9k?
Love this! The black and gold looks best
Its a great looking machine isnt it, The question is, would you take the Voge for yourself? Its a very tempting offer...
Lot of bike for the money and that you was flat footed ticks a lot of the boxes and the both of you did a great review
Thanks Danny, We think allot of these bikes, We the people need good bikes at realistic prices...
You forgot to mention Loncin have made all BMWs parallel twin engines for the last 20 years after Rotax stopped producing. The VOGE 900 has the same engine as the BMW and the same rear chassis as the F850GS
Yep, they have been building for the main brands for years
Good video and i like them a lot! Ewa, i agree about the black one. Looks lovely with the gold wheels.
Rich, agree with you about the radar thing.
A big leap forward i think these bikes are, innovation and brand competition is great for us as the consumer
Great review guys :)
Cheers
Great review you two
Thank you kindly
Very good review… thanks .
Glad it was helpful!
Oh… that is a nice bike, thanks for the honest thorough reviews , unfortunately it’s not available in the USA.. otherwise I would most definitely be looking at one.
Thanks .. ❣️❣️❣️
Its only just come to the uk but has been in Europe for sometime now, im sure it will get to the USA at some point too
Great review on the bikes
Have to see if they let ewa have one for your adventures away and a true test ride doing the job it’s made for and you could have it all over you channel so would be good for them to show the bike in really life
Also show the viewers the good bad and ugly about the bike servicing and liability
I wonder if they have the confidence to send us one to do exactly that with…
Excellent production from the two of you - congrats!
So your finding parts availability is good and the after service from the Voge dealer is good?
@@ontheroadadventure service is good enough and we shall see how quickly they will solve the issue with quickshifter. I can ride the bike, while waiting. What was the software version during your test? I have 4.2 and asked for an upgrade
Ive no idea about the software, i would assume its the latest available when buying new. Do let us know here how that gets resolved with your quickshifter and how long it takes them
Only one word in your whole video put me off "Chinese", I must admit though for the tech and the money it's phenomenal, good to see you both out again.
Thanks Max, Yes they know how to put a offer on the table that people will find hard to refuse...
It's a BMW F800GS in disguise. Not a clone, but built in the same factory, same engine etc.
Love you two and your channel, but I don't support anything Chinese (almost impossible nowadays I know) and especially a 'back engineered copy' of another designers bike. It's just wrong to me.
This is true...
The Morals of it are difficult, we try to focus on only the machine itself on offer to the consumer and give a honest opinion
Great Video Guys!, Them bikes I have to say looks absolutely fantastic value for money!, As with a lot of things these days you pay for a premium badge!, But another brand is made by the same manufacturer!, Just packaged differently!, Even down to cornflakes!!.👍🏴
Couldn't agree more! You hit the nail on the head
Be interesting to see how these will do test of time. I be keeping my eye on Voge for sure. Probably see how these ate when they hit second hand market in the coming years when they been out for a while.
Alot a tech on the bike. Time will tell how reliable they are.
Yeah, I think people need convincing on the parts availability and after sales care, but if voge get it right it will ge a game changer
Hi John yes it’s a stunning area to ride, get yourself on a test ride on the Voge, you will be impressed
Apart from the bike being quite new to the market it would be interesting to see how it will perform in the long run
We are expecting to see allot of these on the roads, its very hard to ignore at this price and with all the extra tech fitted.... Which would you buy given the choice?
@@ontheroadadventurea second hand jap bike for a few years until the pudding is proved😂
I ride an Africa Twin Adv Sports - for 2 years I had the pleasure of Honda but at a price £17,800, and i am due to sell it and the VOGE price and gadgets mean that I will pay them a visit
Thanks for the review
Now thats an offer thats harder to refuse than the voge!
@@ontheroadadventure haha anytime buddy 👍
And me too. With Tracer 900 GT and Honda NC750X at the moment.
All great bikes
Great review, good to get both your opinions, ignore the Chinese bikes at your peril!,
They are becoming impossible to ignore now… 9k for all that!
great video well done
Thanks 👍
Good job guys! Lot of features and value for the money. A little on the heavy side, but fine for touring. Loncin has been making engines for BMW for years, should be mechanically fine, time will tell on the electronics. Whether good or bad - Chinese are coming (CFMoto, Voge, Kove).
I suspect the Chinese brands know they have to prove themselves if they want a market share… Can they do it? We are all about to find out
@ontheroadadventure The Japanese were in exactly the same position 60 years' ago, receiving the same ridicule these bikes are now getting from certain quarters of the biking community.
I think they'll eventually make their mark as the Japanese did. They've improved tremendously over the last 25 years or so.
You could well be right
Great review both, very interesting. Wow! 9k for that bike. This is going to be a game changer.👍 Rumors are it has the BMW engine 😁
Yes the very same.... Brembo brakes, KYB Suspension.... These are quality parts... Things are changing
It's defo one to look at when my BM is up, or before 🤣
Great review !
I can feel two new bikes coming 😂

It could be a great choice, go ride one and see what you think
My old stomping ground around chorley, Bolton and Rivington.
Beautiful area
Would you change your Africa Twins for this ?. Really liked your review, well done. 👍
Tempted .. 🤔
I’ve always been a fan of Black bikes too, usually gloss black is my favourite
Great review guys, what value for the money! Would you trade the twins for Voges though?
Would i trade it now..... Hmmm thats a hard one. Now... If i had to buy a new bike, Would i spend 14k on a new twin then buy all the luggage and extras i need totalling around 18k OR would i save almost 10k and buy the Voge? You can be sure i would buy the Voge. No Question
Nice bike for the dosh
It’s great value and loads of tech, we would love to have more time with these and really put them to the test
You also have the depreciation of New motorcycles to consider, much worse on a 25K bike over 5 years than one that only costs 9k in the first place...
I like it and for that price it will sell . Excellent review but i must resist because the TRK you reviewed
i bought 🤣🤣.
I honestly believe these Chinese bikes are going to begin to dominate the Market as people become more money aware and pennies become shorter... Why pay 10k more for a machine that will do just the same as a voge or Benelli?
Would you swap the AT for it ?
I don’t know if I’m ready to part with my twin yet BUT if I had to buy a new twin at 18k or this at 9k and keep the change it’s a no brainer
That would show confidence in the product wouldnt it
@@ontheroadadventure Yes it definitely would, I hope they lend you a pair for one of your great adventures take care ride safe both of you
Thanks dave
One more question. Do you know what are valve service intervals? Did I say great video guys? Thanks
Im not too sure, theres a downloaded service manual online you can look it up there if you wish
Rich love the tech wow could save you a lot i get lot too close to my rear
Great video are you thinking of changing your Honda.
We are always aware of what’s on the market, we do love the twins though…
Is the engine's center of gravity high or low?
It’s a very well balanced machine 👍
It’s a beautiful looking bike and the price with panniers and topbox is a bargain. Will definitely try it out when I get the chance.
How will the Big brands compete with the Chinese if they keep bringing deals like this out?
@@ontheroadadventure I’m sure they will lose some market shares if the Chinese brands keeps the lower price / quality ratio.
Im not sure what or how the others can compete.... BMW can suddenly lower their price by 10K
@@ontheroadadventure that would be nice but I doubt that ever will happen 😄
Couple of questions. Premium or regular gas? What was the fuel economy like on your test ride? Is the luggage included in the dry weight of the bike?
Yes Luggage is all standard and included on the bike and stats. Good old regular gas... I didnt check the fuel economy as we were not being kind with throttles on the launch event!
Hi Guys, you were in my stomping ground (Londoner, up North). Amazing and unusual weather. Seems like a copy of my BMW 850 GS, but for £6k less, but with more equipment. I'm presuming it has sat-nav on the TFT screen, via an App? Love the close proximately radar, all bikes/cars should have this feature. May take a test ride. Thanks for the Vid!
Cheers Simon, yeah we would recommend jumping on one you’ll be amazed at how good it is. I didn’t play with the app, you’ll have to let us know!

@@ontheroadadventure yes i could but i love my old 21 yr old bm 1150R to much i live in lyon france and go to the mountians all the time awsome

Je l'ai acheté et je me régale avec, superbe bécane qui consomme peu 4,3 l au cent ...
How many miles do you have? Any problems yet?
Lovely bike and well equipped, for me that seat hight would be to low im 6ft 4 with a 34 inside leg. The curse of being to tall your restricted to the taller bigger bikes.
im sure Aftermarket parts will start flowing very soon that could help you out...
17:38 including the engine, which they used on the older gs 800 I believe, so should be no problem with that 😊
Yes this is the current BMW F900 engine
You getting them?
Maybe Voge will sort us some out for a long term review? You think they are confident enough?
1:19 Nice motor guys 👋🤠👍 on the Christmas list then you two. 👋🤠👍
These chinese brands are bringing fantastic value for money to the table, they are becoming impossible to ignore
Think you can buy a module for other bikes that flashes irratically when someone approaches the rear too fast. Saying that I may have just dreamt it lol
Ive not seen that before but it needs to become a regular feature on bikes in my opinion
So how do you both compare them to your Africa Twins ?
The twins are a little bigger, but theres more tech on the Voge for sure and all as standard at almost half the cost of a new ATAS for example which still doesnt match up to spec.... Ours maybe Honda but they have not been without problem
Hi. I ride 202 0 atas 1100 at the moment. I'm thinking about changing it next year. My question is, would you change your africa twin for voge. Thanks a lot. Keep good videos coming.
Well stick with the channel and we will have allot more of this to come... The main point is 18k for a new ATAS or 9k for this with more tech?
@@ontheroadadventure that's what I'm thinking. Half price. Can't argue with that
As long as its reliable and parts are available... We will find out here on the channel soon
@@ontheroadadventure looking forward to that
Having had experience with Chinese engines (CFMOTO) it would take alot to persuade me to try one again
I can understand your reservations I bought a KTM once… that’s the same thing CFMOTO, but these are made by Loncin who have been making BMW engines for years this engine is not a copy of BMW it is the very same engine in both bikes
Good value but what about support and service.
It’s there, and growing rapidly in the uk. It’s been available in Europe for some time now
Stunning bikes, only with by far the biggest market being small to midweight adventure bikes, will this 900 be dismissed by many?
@@ontheroadadventure
Absolutely, the market has changed & many riders have woken up to a lesser cc bike, with it doing all they need & cheaper in every way.
Very impressive 👍. In essence, it’s a direct clone of my BMW F900GS, but a lot cheaper….
That’s well said! Most of the parts of BMW and other big brands are produced in China so this Voge is basically BMW but fairly priced!
You forgot that you have to mount a Garmin 😁
Your right, You would need to fit a satnav to this one...
Great review, will you be trading in the twins.
Who knows…
This could be a issue yes, having said this, they should never be close enough to set this off.... In theory...
I think you both need to do a long term review on this one Guys.
Would you trade the V Twins for these bikes ?
We agree, a day is great but we want to put them through some real miles and see how they do... Do you think Voge would be confident enough to see us do that? Time will tell
@@ontheroadadventure They’ve obviously been following your channel hence the invitation to test ride them.
Perhaps a little one to one with that dealership and sus them out, tell them it would be an honest review with warts n all they worst they can say is No but I think it would be an opportunity missed by them
We will see how it works out...
Automatic brake checking, who would have thought. They need to make an AMT one so I can ride it.
They really are impressive bikes
