My challenge is when I break down a project or activity into tasks, I get immediately overwhelmed and cannot even look at the list I made!

I love your honesty, not the usual RUclips impossible productivity charade. I'm in a difficult situation: too many responsibilities (2 jobs and trying to finish my studies) and none done well, always arriving late. What matters most to me are my studies but I'm stuck preparing for a single final exam that I keep putting off (it's been more than a year, in July it will be two). I started going to therapy, first systematic, then psychoanalysis, but I continue with the same behavior. I keep finding myself in the same place, without adequately preparing in time for the exam and even making mistakes on dates and forms, as if something inside me was conspiring against it. I feel like something in me is broken and preventing me from functioning properly. Eventually I will get over it, I hope. Meanwhile, it's refreshing to hear someone who doesn't pretend to have it all figured out and keeps fighting.

When I was in the conservatory I was always late for an orchestra's rehearsal. When our conductor realized that bashing and trashing me just doesn't work he made me write a report explaining why I'm late every time. When I was out of all the standard excuses I started writing as it is describing every detail of my 30-minute journey and sometimes I wrote "I was late today because I left my dorm too late for being able to be here in time". He liked it so much He started reciting in front of the orchestra before starting the rehearsal. We had a big laugh. Ah, fun times.

Okay now I know I love your content! This is right up my alley. I've been making content since 2009 and I always try to explain to people how LONG content can take to make. Especially back when my equipment wasn't great.

Thank you for posting this, watching your process was really helpful. Esp the realisation that you don’t actually have 14hrs to spend on doing two videos a week. (My thought was to get someone else to do the editing and give it back to you for post production.) Anyway, you have inspired me to try engaging with the neurotypical world which I have just about given up on. 💕
