I really like the BSL for Stairs. It reminds me of a bunny trying to hop up the stairs.
Unfortunately, it isn't the correct sign.

Oooh some signs are a little different to what I've been taught but these videos are so helpful in refreshing my memory. (About to start level 2 course in September).

This is awesome! I'm a HoH girl who lives in the States. I grew up using signed English and am now in ASL classes at school hoping to go to Gallaudet for my masters and if I still need it do their Jump Start program to get deaf and HoH kids who aren't fluent in ASL ready for the school year.
Anyway I LOVE all your videos, they make me want to learn BSL! Do you know any ASL? How different do you think they are? Thanks!

nice and clear BSL SIGNS....> Jessica was very clear on the home signs a few ive not seen before but understand due to your lip pattens,,, :) do you use sign a lot at home? or lip read more?? if you don't mind me asking... allways enjoyable ,,,,,

Fair point! I didn't know if Jessica was doing the lip patterns just for the viewer's sake or if one would actually do them when signing :)
Horrendous! Many wrong, most wrongly articulated, lip pattern way over the top.
Why do you say this? Jessica is a deaf person who uses sign language daily so I'd say she likely knows what she's doing

razzia lawrinson Madam if she is destressing you so, why are you expressing this in the comment section? If she was 'driving you mad' the more acceptable thing to do would be to exit the video to cause less distress to yourself and others. Thank you!

How is she terrible? She’s a deaf woman herself and she’s very good at teaching others BSL signs. There are different BSL “accents” which means there are multiple different signs for the same word. If you think she’s signing wrong that may be the explanation. Either way, your comment was not helpful at all.
