- Chest and Biceps TORTURE Dumbbell Workout | 30 minutes Superset Workout
This Chest and Biceps TORTURE Dumbbell Workout is a follow along workout that you can do at home or in the gym. In this workout we are working with two blocks of supersets. Each block contains 6 exercises, each exercise for 50 seconds long and with 20 seconds rest in between. we will perform each block for two rounds in a row.

Holy Moly....the struggle was real with the 50 second work time. Complete muscle failure in my chest and biceps....I'm definitely going to be sore after this one. Great Workout and hope you had a nice Easter Weekend!!!

Looks like a great workout I'll try it out. Any recommendation on how to find the ideal weights I need? I know usually for your typical low rep/heavy weight program, you take a weight that is around 75% of the weight of the 1 rep max. But in this case, since this is about doing reps based on time and not # of reps, the weight calculation might be different. Thansk for any help there

That's right, focus and control... and my arms are dead, even with just 12 kg... it is astonishing to see how different it feels when you do so many reps with shorter rest periods. A great one, looking forward to the next one in these focus-control series.
True, sometimes I am so surprised myself of how different the impact can be on day a compared to day b also depending how much you slept, ate, etc. Keep up the great work and thank you for all your support - I very much appreciate you keep showing up! :D
How old are you ? Im 13 years old. I am already in a shape but i want better and better, and to comeback into workout. Im trying zyzz workout this month and after this month im going to see results of that. This video is going to be my monday workout !

Two days later and my biceps are still sore! Still feel my chest too! It was challenging going chest heavy to bicep light with the adjustable dumbbells in time for the next set. Effectively no rest!

You can certainly do it twice a week if you like. I would recommend you also train the other muscles groups.

Depends on your fitness level and goal!
First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.
You definitely need more resistance

What size dumbbells do I need?
Depends on your fitness level and what you body can handle! choose some weights that you think that are suitable for this workout and based on the first workout you can decide that if you should go heaver next time / remain with the same weights or go lighter. but remember, in order to have a more effective workout you will needs weights that are on the challenging and heavier side rather than too light! hope this helps.
