- In this 30 min CHEST and BICEPS Dumbbell Workout | No Repeat
We will have 24x exercises for targeting the chest and Biceps from different angles and 6x Abdominal exercises in between. We will be performing each exercise for 45 seconds long with 20 seconds rest in between. After the first 15x exercises there will be a 50 second water-break.
The dumbbells that I am using are:
2x18kg
2x 10kg
2x 5kg

You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier dumbbells and/or increasing the volume of the workout by doing this routine for 2x rounds in a row.

I wanna follow this regiment in how many months would i see a difference based on 30 min everyday and my current weight is 79 kg used to gym before but been a year since I havent fully been to the gym.
I wish I could give you an answer but it will be impossible because it will depend on so many factors but one thing for sure, starting doing something and slowly build it up it will definitely help you in so many ways. you got this!
Hey I have one question I m struggling to get lean body should I lift heavy weights or light weight
Calorie deficit + weight training (heavy) to maintain the muscles as much as possible while you are loosing weight ( if you ask how I would approach it 😄🙌)
I m already in calorie deficit still not losing weight only losing face fat which I don't want 😭
