Thank you, Jared! This a great series. I’ve learned the melody, but this lesson takes me to the next level, showing me how embellish the melody with chords. Agree with others. Please keep this series going for those of who want to learn for personal enjoyment.
Waw some very sweet chords here, still I'd love to see a chord scale, at the end with some of the tunings you chose. For those of us who don't want to just play the run but find our own voice.
Very nice lesson, Jared. I like the illustration grids for each chord. One quick question - the A7b9 chord you show has no root (A) in it and is identical to a C# diminished chord. What is the naming convention for two chords that are "enharmonic" (i.e. contain the exact same notes) such as your rootless A7b9 and my C# diminshed chord? I tried Google, but came up empty-handed. Thanks!

It's so sweet that everywhere you get to a rest and go "Ahhh" and I'm sitting here doing the same. :)

Thanks for the feedback. I'll save that idea for a future video.
I requested this PDF but it’s not in my inbox or spam folder. What do I do?
