The oh so lovely and pretty Sandra with another awesome lesson for us!! I love all things Bossa Nova. To this day I'm still surprised it didn't have a longer life spam on American radio stations. It came and went really fast, but left us with some beautiful songs the have withstood the test of time. Thank you Sandra for doing this for us. You are fantastic!!

@@GuitarversumSandraSherman Thank you Sandra and yes, Bossa Nova was short lived in America back in the day, but it was wonderful and refreshingly different to hear those sounds and melodies for the first time and subsequently thereafter.

The votes of the jury of the Netherlands: Austria 12 points! Sandra, today you put me on the "Guitar Crossroads". I like to play fingerstyle guitar. One day I met Kees Nipius in a music store. He showed me "jazz". I liked that very much and I knew that one day I will learn that! Today I looked a lot of your video's and they are... GREAT! Not one… but all! I read some subcribers and you give a lot guitarists a smile on their face. But it is a lot more than that. You change their lives haha (like mine today). Love your work! Keep on going and I need now to practice a lot so I can enjoy those beautiful jazz tunes you have learned me. Thanks. Dennis.

Oh you can always play your own fingerings. Mine are just suggestions and usually have some advantages in a particular situation. That's probably also why I chose the alternative fingering. Just listen to my recommendations, then check if that's a good solution for you. If not, just play what's comfortable for you.
