I wish you would do more farm shop, local butchers, fruit & veg shops, local bakeries Gazz to let people know what they are missing by spending all their money in supermarkets. Plus you are helping local businesses to thrive and you get to taste what 'real' quality tastes like. Just thinking out loud Gazz 🙂

They probably do mail order, like the farm shop near me - which Prince (now King) Charles has also visited. Quite a bit further South than Waberthwaite....... The "fit for a King" comment in this video might also be applied to the farm-shop I mentioned here, because they have a photo in their cafe of King (then still Prince) Charles standing in the farm house porch....... From what I gather, he seems to retain quite strong ties with the farming community here in Cumbria, and in Yorkshire......I used to work with a guy who is an entrenched member of the huntin' and shootin' community on the Cumbria/Yorkshire border, and on one occasion, he and a small group of guys walked into a small, rural pub on the North Yorkshire border, to find (then) Prince Charles and his entourage having a drink. My pal noticed 2 guys sat together in the corner, drinking orange juice and constantly scanning the room. He also noticed they had bulges under their jackets.......he reckoned they were carrying 9mm pistols.

You can tell it’s quality when your pans not swimming in water when you cook it and it shrinks down to the size of your finger nail 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻brilliant and doesn’t seam much more expensive than supermarket sh€t

I worked in Smithfield meat market in London years ago, the bacon was injected with Brine, that's why you get so much water when you fry it

I knew you were going to love it. You will also find that you don't need to eat as much to be full. Much higher quality gear. My favourite vid

The best bacon I’ve ever tried was some fancy M&S maple cured & smoked back bacon it was unreal. I bet this is even better though!

Proper Grub there, Mate. I think I enjoyed it as much as you, especially the Streaky Bacon. Stack it in a Sandwich, Real Butter on the bread, lashings of Brown Sauce and you're in heaven, food wise.

That back bacon looks stunning, never seen it without fat on from supermarkets! As for rind on bacon that is a supermarket thing of the past, I tend to love it cooked separately as crackling.
