This is a slow flow yoga class because the movements and transitions in and out of poses are slowly paced for the whole body. This class is perfect if you're in the beginner yoga level trying to move up into intermediate level and tune into balance - The secret to accessing your radiant authenticity. But balance looks different for each of us. Some people love big backends like Full Wheel. For others, this triggers migraines or irritates your low back. Which do you gravitate toward on that mat (structure or ease)? Whichever it is, I challenge you to cultivate the opposite. If you obsess over alignment, challenge yourself to close your eyes and tune into your breath. If you love the juicy sensation of yoga’s stretches, aim to reign in your range of motion. Focus on strength and stability instead. We play with polarity and aim to bring you into your unique balance.

Wonderful Intermediate practice, Brett. I love when you do those. Some fun playful stuff in there along with nice stretches. I have never attempted half moon pose with my hands in prayer position. Nice challenge for me. Thank you.

That was all around amazing! Thank you! I will do that one many times I am sure.
I used to do yoga with you 3 years ago, but after skiped it. The reason is in some practices especially slow and relaxing asanas I used to concentrate on my breath and I relax deeper and feel that my muscles work. But since there to much information, to much explanations, the voice starts irritating, even if you are a professional yoga teacher. I move out of my inner state, because I know all these asanas and practice yoga for more than 15 years, but when you explain asanas that I already know I keep the asana but additional talks brings me out of my balance. Hope you will understand me, again I respect all the work you do. Love❤️
