While some bacteria are resilient in extreme conditions, they have specific temperature thresholds for survival. Boiling milk at 70 degrees Celsius typically ensures that most bacteria, including heat-sensitive ones, are killed off. Even bacteria adapted to extreme conditions have limits, and the high temperature of boiling milk exceeds those limits for most bacteria.
