    These are gorgeous. I definitely want to try making them. I like that you can measure, but make up for “mistakes” as you go. I, too, am terrible at math, but inches are so much more annoying than metrics. Donna, you’re so generous. Thank you.

    Hi Donna Thank you for another great tut. There are centring rulers and tape measures which would help you a lot. They have a zero in the middle of the ruler and the numbers go out from the centre both left and right. So all you need to do is make sure the outer number is the same on both ends and then the zero indicates the centre. Hope this makes sense. Basically means NO math. Hope you find this helpful💜

    Can I give you a challenge for chemistry nerds?
    Could you make molecular skeletons?
    The challenge would be there's lots of hexagons in chemistry due to carbon being ubiquitous in chemistry.
    Good luck!

    Donna, a while back you said that you use a sewing machine foot peddle with your pasta machine. I think that’s fabulous and have been trying to find one that fits my Marcato pasta machine. This machine is the main manufacturer here in Canada. So it’s not a “no name”. Any suggestions pls, where I would find it. The adapter is the plug into the machine is the challenge.

    • @DonnaKatoArt
      @DonnaKatoArt  Год назад +1

      Hi Lynne! Many sewing machine pedals do work but you have to have a compatible plug! I use a Foredom foot pedal and it’s perfect for my Atlas motor! I would google that, kid. Hugs! 😊❤️

    Change your ruler to cm. The math is SO much easier because the increments are smaller so there are virtually no fractions. If you need to divide by 3, then 12 cm ÷ 3 = 4 cm is WAY easier than trying do figure out 4 3/4 inchs.
    Same thing when weighing clay for recipes. Ounces are WAY to big when using smaller acts of clay.

    • @DonnaKatoArt
      @DonnaKatoArt  Год назад
